Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris blended together to make a bright, light, crunchy and delicious red wine.
This wine is sourced from two vineyards in Central Otago, both organically grown and hand harvested. Components of this wine went through spontaneous carbonic maceration over seven to 14 days followed by foot stomping and fermentation on skins. It was aged in old oak for six months before bottling in September.
Serve slightly chilled in summer.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
Unfortunately Regional Wines cannot take responsibility for the breakage of delivered glassware items.
