Made to the same base of recipes since 1821, Dolin Vermouth de Chamb?ry has long been the benchmark for fine Vermouth. Inventors of the Blanc, Dolin is equally famous for it's very light, pale Dry. In the late 19th century, Dolin won medals in Paris, London, St. Louis and Philadelphia and in 1932 earned Chamb?ry France's only Appellation d' Origine for Vermouth. Dolin Vermouth de Chamb?ry is made of fine wines and botanicals found in the Alpine meadows above Chamb?ry. Together they impart a fresh and elegant nose, with a subtle and complex palate. Ideal as an aperitif or in cocktails. Tasting notes: Dolin Vermouths are notably lighter, drier and less pungent than their larger commercial counterparts. The particular mixture of plants found near Chamb?ry give a fresh, restrained and elegant nose, with a subtle, complex bittersweet palate. Even the Blanc and Rouge retain great balance, with the sugar never cloying, and just enough bitterness to whet the appetite. We're back with East Coast brewing legends Trillium for an all new collaborative celebration of hop growing terroir. This time we travel to Oregon's majestic Willamette Valley with hand selected hops from Coleman's Alluvial Farm. A hop free boil and massive dry hop addition of Strata, Luminosa and Audacia create a lusciously juicy hazy homage to the unique character of America's North West.

This Twelve Year Old Aberlour has been matured in two cask types.  Traditional oak and Sherry oak casks.  Especially selected every year, they are filled with whisky and quietly aged for a minimum of twelve years; then the casks are married together.

Traditional oak casks encourage the subtle character of Aberlour to develop, whilst Sherry oak casks add hints of ruby gold colour and a deep and rich flavour to the whisky.  A perfectly balanced single malt with notes of fruits and spices.

Weihenstephaner Festbier is tailor-brewed for Germany?s famous Oktoberfest in Munich. When Bavarian beer flows (and is drunk) in Herculean quantities over a period of 16 days. This Weihenstephaner lager pours a deep gold and gives off a delicate aroma of cereal and hops. The hops come to the party and pave the way to a barely bitter finish.
