Our pals Garage Project need no intro, and after brewing an epic beer with them that was so close to home we just had to export this inspiration back to Botany.
It?s a celebration of Home, Land & Sea - using Canterbury malts, our favourite hops from across Aotearoa, and an extra kiss of Marlborough sea salt. Championing the terroir of 3 distinct and unique hop-growing regions of NZ, we?ve run a massive Clean Fusion addition of Egger?s? Riwaka from Moutere Valley, Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle?s? Mount Ella Station, and ?Alpine? Rakau from Garston Hops? in the Deep South. Tropical fruit, candied lime, and dank diesel perfectly meld with subtle salt and an extra smooth mouthfeel. Take us home.

Tim and Margaret Coney founded Coney Wines on a 16-acre bare paddock in Martinborough more than 25 years ago. Not without much encouragement, the old barren sheep paddock quickly turned into a thriving 24/7 bustle of vine-tending, winemaking, marketing and restauranteuring. With each operation undertaken in the hallowed, self-flagellating Martinborough tradition - by manual labour!
The aim and guiding principles continue today with the ownership mantle of Coney Wines passed to long-time winemaker and daughter Lisa, and son-in-law Rusty in 2022. The Coney legacy of a small family-owned winery producing a range of beautiful wines that go perfectly with food, family and friends remains in place!
This is a sumptuously Riesling with 3.6 g/l of residual sugar and real depth and character made entirely with fruit from the local Martinborough five and a half hectare site.
Rioja barrels remain the most favorite barrels to age our Barley Wine on. The maturation in these red wine barrels in combination with the tannins ensure that the full taste of the wine comes to the forefront. The characteristic Barley Wine flavors remain, although they are slightly toned down. A slightly dry aftertaste completes it all

Plantation 3 Stars is a crisp, tasty white rum made by blending spirit produced in Jamaica, Trinidad and Barbados. Some of the rums in the blend are aged, though their colour is removed via a process of carbon filtration.
Nose: Hints of dried coconut and guava. A little honey too, and soft spice.
Palate: Spiced palate entry. Creamy vanilla custard, fresh sugar cane honey and even a hint of agave.
Finish: Floral finish. Zinging spices.
Madeira comes from the Atlantic island of the same name, which is part of Portugal and is nearly 1000 kilometres south, situated off the African coast. This wine is fortified (as are most Madeiras) and has rich caramel flavours balanced by a touch of saltiness. It is ready to drink now and will not evolve further in the bottle. This Madeira is, like many fortified wines, extremely good value for money.

A delightfully complex 100% brettanomyces fermented hazy. Galaxy hops paired with passionfruit send this beer on a bright, tropical and funky ride.
Fruity, dry, and a tad tart. It?s something deliciously obscure, yet familiar.
Contains: water, malted barley, passionfruit, wheat, hops, yeast (brettanomyces)
Our citrus pale ale is approachable, moreish, and hauntingly good on any occasion. Originally brewed as a Halloween seasonal, interest lingered, like its lemony flavours, and it is now our best-selling beer. In the foggy past, patrons of The Bell Inn, our 600-year-old pub in Walberswick, told tall tales of ghostly ships that haunted the shore. The seeds of these stories were likely sown by smugglers trying to scare people away, but they later became the inspiration for everyone?s favourite eerie brew.
A new house favourite hop here at One Drop. Teaming up with world-class hop growers Freestyle Hops, we?re using 2 hand-selected lots of Peacharine, the latest advanced selection from their hop breeding programme over in NZ. Alongside a double dry hop of these choice as cones, we?ve also got our hands on a global-exclusive trial of this same hop processed into their SubZero Hop Kief? - A liquid dry-hop made with a cryogenic, solventless, separation process. What legends. On a soft base of spelt and oat, expect a ?uge NZ hop character with hits of rich peach, ripe nectarine, and an appealing citrus backbone.

For our Aecht Schlenkerla Weichsel red lager, we dry the malt over fire with high-quality cherry wood (not over beech wood fire as with classic smoked beer). In contrast to the spicy beech-smoked malt, the cherry wood smoked malt has a fruity, almost sweet smoke aroma and provides a copper-red color in the glass. The finest aroma hops add berry notes to the multi-layered smoke flavor. With 4.6% abv, Aecht Schlenkerla Weichsel is a full-bodied, pleasantly quaffable beer.
