LOOKS: Bright. Crystalline. 

SMELLS: Classic juniper, in an instant. Subtle floral hints of lavender & orange blossom follow close by. Deeper earthy tones of cinnamon bark & nutmeg arrive next, but be prepared for a fresh burst of multiple citrus to linger longer. 

TASTES: Full frontal assault to the palate, a juniper & orange zest mixture. Closely followed by sweet lemon, taking over your entire palate. Minimum heat, minimum burn. Frontal palate flavours dominate, with small floral notes on the back palate. Jasmine and lavender, quite delicious. 

FINISH: A warming numbness with continued juniper. Surprisingly long finish, coming back with waves of orange & mixed floral notes. Dry Gin, at its prime.

This single vineyard release is the combination of two of the best known Shiraz products from the Yarra Valley: one the region?s finest Shiraz vineyard, Yarra Yering?s Underhill and the other, our Bloody Shiraz Gin. Intense, dark and slightly bitter it is truly a gin drink like no other.

Gion but not as you know it! This classic gin is layered with Rata, Manuka Honey, Pear and a twist of Amarillo & Mosaic hops for added complexity.

We?ve dedicated our low carb hazy pale ale to them, and kept it fittingly lean and easy-going, with sparkling citrus hop characters, good balance, and a crisp finish.

Originally released for the Travel Retail market, this edition of Jack Daniels Tennessee Whiskey is bottled at 100 proof, adhering to the rules sets as part of the Bottled in Bond Act, which was passed all the way back in 1897. The bumped-up ABV helps bring forward the bright fruit and oak spice notes. Aromas of cooked fruit dusted with cinnamon, toasted brown sugar and almond. Green apple and fried banana on the palate, paired with maple syrup and punchy black pepper. Oak and toffee stick around on the finish.

An excellent Solera-aged rum from the Opthimus range, produced by Oliver y Oliver. Aged and bottled in the Domican Republic. This 25 year old solera aged rum was bottled in 2021 at a strength of 38%.

A bold west coast style IPA with pine and citrus hop aromas, subtle, malt sweetness and refreshing bitterness. Brewed using hop varities that include Cascade and Mosaic leading to a bold fruity and refreshing IPA that is perfect for any occasion and guaranteed to satisfy any hop lovers taste buds

A fine drop with depth in every detail. Crafted by Bec Kay and her team at The Bond Store  for the Friends of the Wellington Botanic Garden.  Key botanicals include kawakawa leaf, and from the  Botanic Garden, a hint of rosehip. The result is a dry  and crisp London gin that reflects the complexity  and beauty of a garden. 

Best served with pure tonic.

Dry wines from Hungary usually come hearty and red but here's a tasty alternative made from the country's indigenous Harslevelu grape, which expresses its delicious best in this wine. Flavours of citrus purity and light floral aromas lead into a full bodied, succulent wine with lingering flavours on the finish and a rounded full bodied style.

New Zealand?s signature coffee order, the flat white, becomes a decadent liqueur using organic cold brew coffee and fresh New Zealand cream.

Nose:
Opening the doors of your favourite coffee shop ? freshly ground roasted coffee and busy excitement.

Colour:
A creamy double shot flat white, burnt cr?me brulee.

Palate:
Velveteen and silky texture, rich, decadent and moreish with hints of sophisticated bitterness, the signature subtle spice of Quick Brown Fox on the finish.

A pale sour beer, aged for up to 2 years in wine barrels and then another year on fresh, local and organic feijoas from Helen and Peter at Quinta Feijoas (just down the road in Omaha) who have supplied the fruit for the last 6 years.
