This Brut is a blend of about thirty apple varieties. Some varieties are bitter and rich in tannins that provide body, along with some sweeter, softer varieties providing flavour and balance. This is a light and fruity cider, natural and a little alcholised, but rich in flavour. Best drunk fresh from a wine glass! Can fly solo, but rather good when paired with pork or fish.
Light, refreshing, lightly sparkling elegant wheat beer.
The mildness of the wheat notes precedes the acidic freshness and citrus taste of the orange, with a final spicy note.
A Belgian-type wheat beer, it comes from a blend of 3 cereals (wheat malt, barley malt and oats) and aromatic hops, all enhanced by subtly bitter orange peel and a hint of coriander.

It's not a classic London dry gin, but a vision of what a NZ dry gin can be - smooth, bushy & dry.
On the nose this gin is weighed down by kawakawa while the citrus notes of lemon, orange, and grapefruit light up your olfactory bulb. Thyme lurks in the background. On tasting, the kawakawa is still predominant, but the thyme comes to the fore along with layers of sage, liquorice, and tarata, which binds all these aromas together. There is a long liquorice and citrus finish.
This gin is a mix of traditional herbs from the Mediterranean and Aotearoa, blending the culinary histories of Julien and Michael.
This is an amber coloured, medium sweet sherry from one of Spain's most well known producers. The nose is rich and aromatic, with notes of spice, nuts, dried fruit and cocoa. The palate is smooth and fresh, with complex ripe fruitiness and a balanced sweetness. This is great as an aperitif, served with nut and cheese.
Leonor by Antonio Flores is described as the wild child of Jerez. Due to its mysterious ageing process it could be described as similar to an Amontillado on the nose and similar to an Oloroso on the palate. Leonor shows a light mahogany colour with golden tones and slightly orange rim. On the nose intense and complex with typical Amontillado notes such as hazelnuts perfectly balanced with other aromas such as bitter orange and mature oak. On the palate powerful and intense with toasted notes yet smooth and silky.
Adventurous take on the famous French theme of soft, spicy reds from the southern Rhone Valley. This smooth, fruit forward blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourv?dre has ripe dark fruit flavours of red fleshed plums, red peach and a hint of cedar, spicy depth on the finish. Medium bodied, bone dry, flavoursome and complex.
