So.. We hosted the Taranaki branch of the law society for a shindig.

We though ' what the hell? brew a beer for the occasion!"

A classic Czech Pilsner is always a crowd pleaser, whichever side of the law you're on...

5.3% ABV.

Growing up next to Grandad's pub, there were two choices of ale at the bar. Bitter or Best Bitter...

Biscuit malts, Fuggle hops and restrained alcohol result in a traditional session beer. Enjoy at cellar temperature and with a Ploughman's lunch!

6.0% ABV.

A New England IPA with cryogenic Citra and Mosaic hops, and a little dose of Amarillo and Huell Melon for good measure. Maris Otter malt base with oats and wheat... Things might get fuzzy!

5.8% ABV

Joe grew up next to the Hand & Flowers pub in Marlow, UK, run by Grandad Ernie and Nanny Pam. Fond memories of helping Grandad in the beer cellar... Looks like things have come full circle.

Life should be easy, and so should drinking beer. It doesn?t come much easier than this Blonde Ale. Pilsner, Wheat and Toffee Malts; Pacific Jade Hops and California Ale Yeast with water drawn from Oakura?s aquifer.

The Ernie's Bitter series showcases English Bitter styles from milds to English IPAs; Number 4 is an ordinary bitter with Maris Otter, brown malt, and rye base, Frothtech's RudeBoy yeast with East Kent Goldings hops

Passion Smash is a Hazy IPA brewed with German Pilsner, Wheat and Maris Otter malts, Golden Oats and Big 'O' Malted Oats, Frothtech Vape Yeast and dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Strata and Freestyle Hops 'Kohia Nelson' a Nelson Sauvin and passionfruit botanical blend.

This is the second recipe we ever brewed as Bellend Brewery. Cryo Amarillo, Simcoe and Chinook hop addition work well together, especially against the background of Marris Otter Malt
