Belgian Beer
The triple blond is both simple and complex. Its initial simplicity, with an easy approach that releases a sweet zest is quickly complemented by a bitterness that runs to the back of the mouth. Complex, with its raw ingredients clashing a little like cannon shots, but each tastier than the last, with alternating bitter hops and the flexibility of its malt, gives this Waterloo beer the taste of victory

A coffee nose is combined with a tone of roots, but with a strong, disciplined character. Its flavour develops gradually, reminiscent, if you will, of the ardor of the soldiers of the Battle of Waterloo. Strong and reassuring, it provides a conclusion that tends primarily towards the sweet at the finish, a symbol of a well-deserved treat at the end of a busy day.

That Lambic is a versatile beer needs no further explanation. We have yet to discover where its limits lie. And new boundaries is something that the ?gipsy brewery? Mikkeller likes to go searching for. And so, one day they knock on the door of Brewery Lindemans.
?The Belgian Lambics have something mysterious about them,? says Mikkel Borg Bjergs?, founder of Mikkeller. ?The spontaneous fermentation process adds to that mystery. We have been experimenting with pretty much all beer styles, and finally we got to work with Lindemans Lambic!?
Breaking the mold among existing beer styles, the brewers combined efforts to craft a Gueuze with a twist. The result? SpontanBasil. An authentic old Gueuze beer with fresh basil, a surprisingly fresh taste and a Golden blond, slightly cloudy colour.
The ideal aperitif, also perfect for food pairing.

Rodenbach Vintage 2016 has an acidic, appley fruitiness combined with caramel, wild honey and oak with a touch of vanilla, cherry and licorice. The aroma consists of touches of caramel and oak, as well as green apples mixed with honey and chocolate. The slightly sour, fruity aftertaste is long and nicely balanced, just like a Grand Cru wine.

Brugge Tripel has a beautiful golden blonde color and a sturdy, rocky foam that leaves a drawing of Bruges lace on the glass. The aroma has a typical phenolic smoked touch and the taste is bitter, rich and creamy.
The secret of the Brugge Tripel city beer lies in its own composition of the herb mix "gruut", which enriches its taste and aroma. In Bruges, anyone who brewed beer was obliged to use a "gruut" and purchase it in the urban herb house, called "Gruuthuse". Jan van Brugge and his descendants, who were later called Van Gruuthuse, were given a monopoly on the sale of Bruges 'gruut' until the late 16th century. At the same time, taxes were levied in favor of the Count of Flanders. This medieval tradition is continued in BRUGGE Tripel.

Delirium Noel is top fermented and bottle conditioned, the brew boasts potent aromas of dark fruit, apricot, caramel malt, sweet cherry, cinnamon and clove with notes of vanilla, apple, banana and yeast.
Taste is similar to aroma and also includes toffee, plum, and red wine with notes of pepper and bitter hops.
