Belgian Beer
The Cuv?e des Trolls was created in 2000 in the tanks of microbrewery Le Brasse-Temps, which was established in Louvain-la-Neuve by Brasserie Dubuisson.
It is an unfiltered blonde beer with a natural cloud.
Thanks to the addition of dried orange peel during the boiling process, the beer has very pleasant fruity aromas that are in beautiful harmony with its delicate, fully rounded taste

Ciney Blonde is a Belgian beer whose legend precedes it. Brewed since 1980, this top-fermented beer has become a hit beyond the borders of the low-countries thanks to its superb balance.
Offering an attractive golden body accompanied by a consistent white head, Ciney Blonde offers a range of agreeable malty, fruity scents including pear and banana.
The taste is particularly well-balanced between fruity and malty, with a frank bitterness courtesy of the hops, to make a beer that positively cries out to be tasted.

Colour and appearance: a pale blonde colour and fine creamy-white head which clings to the glass.
Flavour: A pleasant sparkling carbonate content produces a soft, full taste perception. The aroma is very balanced with a fruity, flowery background and an initial Chardonnay impression which evolves into a spicy, mild aroma of hops. The taste is very full-bodied and is balanced with fruity tones of apple and Chardonnay grapes. Deliria has a fine, mild bitterness in its aftertaste and a splendid, round feel in the mouth which evolves well.
Special beer brewed once a year to mark International Women's Day.

From the cherry tree?s transient flowers, its fruits ripen ? round, red and packed with sunshine. Timmermans Kriek blends its famed lambic with this sweetness for a beer that can quench any thirst. Its natural freshness will make you blush for joy.
Its flavour is all cherry, as is already apparent from its very powerful nose. Its acidity is neutralised by its agreeably sweet and fruity bouquet. Its taste pervades the mouth and lingers gently, elegantly tinted with summer cherries.?

Since 1822, Lindemans has been making traditional lambic brewing into an art form. One of their finest products, the Old Kriek Cuv?e Ren?, is the result of a 3-year refermentation process. The wild yeasts in the air of Pajottenland, water, malted barley, wheat, and aged hop flowers all contribute to the intriguing and complex palate of this noble beer. A traditional kriek, brewed with whole krieken cherries that account for its powerful and fresh taste.

Rodenbach Vintage 2015 is a unique unblended Flemish Red ale that is matured for 2 years in standing oak casks (foeders). Brewmaster Rudi Ghequire hand-selects the best beer from a single foeder for each Vintage year.
Rodenbach Vintage 2015 has an acidic, appley fruitiness combined with caramel, wild honey and oak with a touch of vanilla, cherry and licorice. The aroma consists of touches of caramel and oak, as well as green apples mixed with honey and chocolate. The slightly sour, fruity aftertaste is long and nicely balanced, just like a Grand Cru wine.
The cask number always appears on the label, and the year refers to the start of maturation.

RODENBACH Caractère Rouge was developed in 2011 in collaboration with top chef Viki Geunes (2 Michelin stars). This exclusive beer is created by adding an extra six months’ fermenting maceration with cherries, raspberries and cranberries to beer that has already undergone two years’ maturation in oak casks.
The result is an exceptional RODENBACH which is vinous with a very complex, fruity nose of raspberry and cherry combined with notes of wood and caramel. The undertone consists of an aroma of violets, leather and a hint of tobacco. The taste is rather sour but exceptionally pure.
With its long, clean aftertaste and its unique combination of delicacy and strength, RODENBACH Caractère Rouge is reminiscent of a crisp Burgundy wine. This noble beer is unique and exclusive.
The brew is more than unique and extremely exclusive, as only 900 75-cl bottles were produced (first batch).

The initial idea for a drier oude geuze came about when the Mikkeller brewery approached Boon for a collaboration blend. As the foeders containing the lambics that would eventually become Bone Dry would not be completely emptied, the Black Label was born.
Oude Geuze Boon Black Label shares a similar profile to the Mikkeler and Boon Bone Dry collaboration as they were blended from the same lambic from the same foeders but in different proportions. In correspondence, the brewery noted that Black Label should be more full-bodied and slightly less dry and that there is less old lambic in the Black Label than the Bone Dry.

The taste of Cuv?e du Ch?teau is comparable to that of an aged Kasteel Donker, reminiscent of port. This ?premier cru class?? was developed in the style of a quadrupel.
In this type of strong, dark brown beer that veers between sweet and bitter, malt has the upper hand. The Cuv?e du Chateau has the characteristics of a madeirised beer, with initial hints of roast and caramelised malt, followed by delicate hop bitters in the finish. A fully-fledged gastronomic beer.

The heaviest of the Westvleteren beers, the 12 is a quadrupel style beer, which can be recognized by its yellow cap. Like the other Westvleteren beers, the bottle does not have a label, and the cap therefore has all the required information.
The Westvleteren 12 has always been rated high on beer reviews, and is by some considered to be the best beer in the world.
Just as the other Westvleteren beers, it can only legally be purchased at the monestary (on appointment) or in the bar across the street. However, it often finds its way on the grey market where it's sold at high prices.
