The Saison Dupont biologique is a very thirst-quenchening beer with a outspoken bitterness and dryness.
You will discover a touch of citrus (especially pomelo) which even is a strenghtening of this thirst-quenchening aspect.
The long refermentation in the bottle ends up in a very complex but light beer.

Bottle conditioned. Saison Dupont is a classic Belgian farmhouse ale. This is a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. It is bottled unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment but this is normal and perfectly natural

OMER. Traditional Blond is a top-fermented beer with a secondary fermentation in the bottle, brewed according to an original recipe. It contains carefully selected ingredients, such as high-quality malted barley from the Loire region (France) and three varieties of aromatic hops. It is a full flavoured beer with a fruity aroma and a subtle bitterness.
OMER. Traditional Blond has a golden colour and it is best to enjoy OMER. Traditional blond by drinking it as fresh as possible. Store the bottles cool, and away from direct light.

For this sweet flavoured and dark brown beer,we use aromatic malt (for the dark colour). For abbey beer, Kapittel Pater has rather low abv (6%). The hop we use is Poperingse hop which has only a light bitter taste.

Mort Subite Kriek is brewed according to the ancestral lambic recipe. This original Belgian beer ferments spontaneously. Enriched with cherries, it matures soft and slowly in oaken casks. To be served cool.

Corsendonk Rousse is red-amber coloured rystal clear beer with a typical rich nose and quite a full and creamy head.
Caramel, light floral notes, red with a creamy and persistant ocher head, heavy sweetness, medium body, average carbonation, taste of caramelized malt with a well-balanced bitter finish.

Tripel LeFort is a golden blonde beer sets itself apart through its crisp, fruity aroma and beautifully rounded full flavour. The top-fermenting yeast used for Tripel LeFort results in a beer with vanilla-clove aromas as well as a fruity taste of bananas and red apples. Pleasant hints of citrus, lime and roses make this into a balanced beer that is intriguingly complex at the same time.
A beer with body? the full flavour combined with the alcohol give you a warm feeling that slowly eases away.

LeFort is a complex, dark beer of 10% alc. vol. with a sweet and fruity touch. The pale and roasted, dark barley malts give the beer a perfect balance. The beer is lightly flavored with chocolate and caramel and the top fermentation gives a slight fruitiness. This results in a dark beer with a completely unique taste.
On the European Beer Star (2014), LeFort won a silver medal in the category Belgian Style Strong Ale & a gold medal at the World Beer Awards (2017).
