The aroma is characterised by the refreshing and fruity aromas of the yeast, combined with the flowery scent of citrus caused by the hops. Only organic ingredients were used when brewing this Skal-certified ale. The result is an accessible, refreshing and smooth Trappist ale with a pleasant bitterness and a mild, dry finish.

The Saison Dupont biologique is a very thirst-quenchening beer with a outspoken bitterness and dryness.
You will discover a touch of citrus (especially pomelo) which even is a strenghtening of this thirst-quenchening aspect.
The long refermentation in the bottle ends up in a very complex but light beer.

Corsendonk Rousse is red-amber coloured rystal clear beer with a typical rich nose and quite a full and creamy head.
Caramel, light floral notes, red with a creamy and persistant ocher head, heavy sweetness, medium body, average carbonation, taste of caramelized malt with a well-balanced bitter finish.
