A superbly subtle Chardonnay with a full body and savoury oatmeal layers of flavour. The 2020 Marlborist Chardonnay is made from hand picked grapes grown on a combination of stony and clay soils, which combine to make this wine rich, dry and full bodied, impressive qualities which are beautifully balanced by the elegance of a creamy palate with a long, citrusy finish, imbued with notes of grapefruit and ripe lemon flavours.
The base for this gose is a pilsner/wheat wort, lightly hopped and salted mixed ferment (lacto, sach, brett) pale sour ale. Aged for several months on blueberries and second use black boy peaches. Finished with black limes (dehydrated limes). Light funk, med-high acidity, dry finish, candied citrus. Bottle Conditioned.
5.8% ABV
Please note: These barrel aged styles of beer are more similar to wine in the sense that they develop more with age, also as they are bottle conditioned there is yeast still working away in the beer itself which also develops the beers flavour over time

Only 273 bottles of this succulent, lively and sensationally delicious Te Kano Riesling were made in 2021 and all the grapes were grown on the winery's Northburn vineyard.
This wine is juicy and succulent in flavour with great complexity of lime zest, green apples and green herb notes, all beautifully balanced by a high but refreshingly pure 57 grams of residual sugar. The wine is made from grapes grown on the rockiest highest point at the winery’s Northburn Vineyard where pure fresh lime and green apple flavours are dialled up and fleshed out with rich apricot aromas and notes of lemon on the wine’s lingering bright finish.
"Meet Hammock Solberry Saison featuring local Solberries paired to perfection with ultra-dry Saison yeast for a deliciously fruit-forward beer. Bursting with soft tropical berry notes over layers of yeast-inspired spice for a lightly tart finish. Consensus from the brew crew? "It's fu*%ing delicious.""- Mcleod's

This beer is named after the most important Emerson of all - Richard's Dad. It also recognises the most perfect typo. A certificate presented to him by the council, thanked George Emerson for all his work on the Taieri George Railway. We've been releasing the spiced ale every year since his passing, and this 20th edition is a little bit special. We've ramped up the usual recipe, to make it a real collector's edition. Whether you drink this Georgeous drop today, or in another 20 years, raise a glass to George.

"Juice Head used 10kg of freshly processed freeze dried Hawkes Bay Black Doris Plum in this zingy hazy. We decided to use domestically-grown Motueka hops due to their versatile flavour profile of lime zest and grapefruit, providing a subtle citrus backbone to each of these beers. And all of the malts used in this beer are grown and malted in NZ We’ve opted for Ale Malt and Big-O Malted Oats from Gladfield in Canterbury, and Flaked Wheat from Harraway’s in Dunedin.
We used Fermentis S-33 Yeast to do the hard yards of fermentation, which was initially designed as a yeast for Belgian style ales! This has recently become very popular among breweries when brewing Hazy IPAs due to the subtle stonefruit and melon notes it provides, and it’s ability to leave plenty of residual sugar in the finished beer for increased body. And finally, we’ve gone and acidified these beers with a metered dose of lactic acid to boost perceived acidity and really draw out those focal flavours! There’s a million ways to sour a beer, but considering how complicated these beers are already, figured we’d keep this last step simple and precise! Adjusting the pH of a beer even just a little bit allows the whole flavour profile to be dialed in, allowing us to hone in on the fruit-forward notes of the hops, yeast, and of course the fruit itself." - Juice Head

En Rama is a pure expression of dry sherry from Jerez. 'En Rama' roughly translates to 'raw', which is exactly what this is. This wine is extracted from the barrels in Spring, when the flor is at it's thickest. This sherry is unfiltered and unfined. Best drunk fresh, En Rama tastes more intensely nutty and yeasty than the standard Tio Pepe. The palate is complex and fresh with a saline finish.
The base beer of Luponic Distortion always remains the same, but each new release features a different hop blend built around emerging and experimental cultivars—all designed to showcase the possibilities of pure hop aromas and flavors.

Imagine a velvet smooth red with a full body and a light touch with a silky palate. Here it is in Ochota Barrels Syrah. Flavours of black olive and fresh earth meet ripe red plums in this wine, made from grapes grown on the Onkaparinga Hills vineyard, planted on schist and clay in 1996.
Certified organic and dry grown grapes were given whole bunch wild yeast fermentation with 80% short gentle macerations and hand plunging along with 20% extended carbonic maceration. The wine was pressed straight to seasoned French oak for 94 days. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Two parcels of Scottish barley distilled spirit have matured for a minimum of six years in ex-American oak casks before being transferred to red wine casks from the Gironde left bank, north of Bordeaux. Bottled at 56.1% ABV, this spirit showcases stunning spice and fruit notes. It is a rich and elegant, undeniably Islay single malt.
Nose ? Lots of fresh fruit aromas mingle with the dry peat smoke; from the oak comes spices, along with chocolate, toasted malt with toffee, brown sugar and delicate coconut and vanilla notes. As you nose again, the fruit notes of both the spirit and the wood come together. The earthy peat smoke wraps around the fruit and spice and holds everything together, highlighting the wonderful marine and ozone notes that breeze through the dram.
Palate ? A wave of flavours sweep across the palate, the sweetness from the oak and malt lead, followed by the smoke, citrus and dried fruit notes. Another sip helps you find the oak notes, the dried fruit, marzipan and spice. Caramel and chocolate notes emerge alongside the peat smoke with its earthy richness. A little water opens the citrus fruit and marine elements and brings out a little more of the coconut and vanilla notes from the oak. The structure on the palate is firm and round and balances the depth of flavour of this whisky.
Finish ? The peat smoke comes through on the finish with a more medicinal phenol style. Coconut and floral notes waver, and a saline marine element combines with the earthy smoke in the classic Port Charlotte style. The oak?s softness and the minerality of the spirit become wrapped in smoke, a familiar signature to this dram.
