Westmalle Extra is the table beer served to the monks and their guests and is brewed with water, barley malt and hop cones. The Westmalle Dubbel and Tripel yeast is also used for this beer. Westmalle Extra is also top-fermented but it is considerably lighter, at 4.8%, alcohol-by-volume than its brother brews. It has the characteristic Westmalle aroma with hops coming through in the finish. It is a real thirst-quencher.
Westmalle Brewery is one of the most famous Belgian Trappist breweries and with good reason. They produce just three beers but are revered by every Belgian beer lover. The tripel is widely recognised as one of the best beers in the world with its unique yeasty aroma and insane depth of flavour. Their dubbel is almost as loved; a deep amber beer with lots of caramel, raisin and almost rum like flavours.
4.8% ABV.
Cu Bocan is the name of the lightly peated whisky made at the Tomatin distillery, named after the 'black dog', a mythical hellhound said to roam the area near Tomatin. Though it is made with peated barley, the smoke is well balanced and soft, with coconut, citrus and nutty flavours more obvious than the warming, gentle smokyness throughout.
The name William Lawson's has long been admired in the whisky world. The man, William Lawson had an inspirational rise from humble beginnings always believing in staying true to himself and passionately seeking uncompromised quality. It is this ethos that has made this big, bold Scotch whisky the success that it is today.
Taste: A well balanced whisky, with a rich, bright and golden amber colour, notes of baked apple crumble with faint banana and delicate floral tones lead to a smooth and mellow taste. Displaying a satisfying balance of toasted cereals and butter toffee, this medium to full bodied whisky ends with a dry, delicate oaky finish.

This is a 25 year old single malt, which was initially matured in 10 American and European oak casks before being married and finished in first-fill oloroso sherry casks. The 2015 edition is presented in a 700ml bottle and also comes with a 50ML miniature of the whisky, as well as a section of a stave from one of the casks that matured the whisky!
This wine was labeled as Chateau Mouton d?Armailhac from 1750 to 1955 and its name has morphed over the centuries to become Ch?teau d?Armailhac today. It's a dry, medium bodied high quality Bordeaux with firm structure and very good aging ability.
Its dark berry and redcurrant flavours benefit from the added complexity of black olive, herb and cedar notes. This drinks well now and will evolve positively for up to a decade, potentially beyond, in optimal cellar conditions.
"Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2018 D?Armailhac (a blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot) hits the ground running with wonderfully open-knit, flamboyant scents of Morello cherries, black raspberries, blackcurrant jelly and rose oil, leading to an undercurrent of cinnamon toast, aniseed and mossy tree bark. The medium to full-bodied palate is charged with energy and expressiveness, delivering red and black berry layers with loads of spicy sparks, framed by plush tannins, finishing long and fragrant."
