Upcycle, Imperial Pastry Stout, transforms surplus bananas rescued by Kaibosh, into a decadently smooth, banana and caramel liquid banoffee pie. Look-out for our matching Duncan?s x Offcut cap; the inspiration for the label artwork. Created from a punchy and bright upcycled textile. 5% of beer sales will be donated to Kaibosh Food Rescue.

The Monk?s Stout Dupont is part of the Brewery Dupont?s history. Indeed, it was produced in the 50?s. The aim was to revive this stout while maintaining the name and the design of the time.
Re-created in 2011, this dark beer is characterized by a dry and bitter taste. The use of roasted malts lends a well-pronounced taste of coffee and chocolate. The hop flavours remain perceptible though.

This is our medal winning Roaring 40's Robust Porter. We love a good porter for its richness but don't like a harsh roast bitterness; we avoid this by building the malt profile with nearly a dozen malts to create a rich roastiness with minimal bite. Carbonated and Nitrogenated for a rich smoothness.

Havana has been fighting the good coffee fight since their Cuba Street days, back in 1989. That's even longer than our good beer fight. So, this "about bloody time" collaboration is well earned. Deep, dark brown in colour, smooth and creamy in texture, with a sweet, caramelised taste, complemented by just a hint of bitterness. Plus, of course a hit of coffee to finish. Happy 35th birthday, big brother -viva la revolucion.
Porter is the oldest commercially brewed style and London Porter was Emerson?s first beer. Dark, dry and mellow with some hoppy characteristics, pours a deep brown colour with reddish tints. The aroma is toasty, with a hint of sweetness and some earthy hop notes. Firm-bodied but not heavy, with a creamy texture, the dryish palate is full of roasted malt, coffeeish notes and a sustained bitterness.
This is a love letter to Dublin, from 19,140 km away, in Dunedin. Written in Ireland's beautiful mother tongue: Stout.
First, a serenade of coffee flavours and toasty notes, before tenderly giving way to a delicate bitter, dry finish, that will leave you longing for more.
