A brand new Limited release from the good folks at Thomson's Whisky.

Thomson's very first triple distilled single malt. Made from 100% NZ grown un-smoked malted barley, triple distilled through their hand beaten copper pot stills and matured in an American oak ex Bourbon barrel.

The nose is full of delicate notes of freshly sliced green apple, sprinkled with cinnamon. The sweetness of candied, toasted barley. A hint of rhubarb crumble.
The palate has a touch of spice, cinnamon, clove, and star anise. Rich sweetness
reminiscent of toffee apples.
Toffee and stewed fruit linger on the finish. Giving way to spice, the old friend
rhubarb crumble makes a final appearance.

Created to be a sweeter, lighter Blended Scotch Whisky, this was the first whisky created by Stephanie Macleod. Thanks to both the unique double ageing process and golden water source, Dewar?s 15 Year Old is unusually smooth, with flavour notes of honey, toffee and floral.

Nose: balanced Sherried spices, nutty elements and apple skin.

Palate: Oily walnut, fresh malt and sultanas. Chewy vanilla toffee.

Finish: sweet dried fruit notes with touch of grassiness.

Ballantine?s Master Blender Sandy Hyslop, hand-selected each and every whisky for this aromatic blend, favouring high proportions of whiskies aged exclusively in first-fill American oak casks.

A collaboration between the The Famous Grouse's master of wood and their master blender. The whisky is finished in Spanish red wine casks to gain its subtle flavours of red fruit and dark chocolate.

This Elementary Range was launched in 2016 and Carbon focuses on the use of charred casks. Charring releases a different set of flavours and also helps purify the whisky to a certain extent. The result is a smooth and rich blended whisky.

Grant's Elementary range focusses on the science behind whisky making and the age statement of each of the expressions is also the same as its element's atomic number.

Oxygen expression is an 8 year old blended grain Scotch whisky.

A blended scotch whisky from Grant's which is finished in rum casks. Sweet honey and stewed fruits on the nose lead to a palate of candied orange, coconut and oaky vanilla.

Safe, reliable and consistent, as well as one of the oldest of Scotch whisky brands, Haig Gold label is an unpretentious blend with a high malt content (around 40%) and an ease of drinking that's made it one of the best-selling Scotch whiskies in the world. Its popularity declined briefly in the 1970s, but anyone who's tasted it recently agrees that current owners, Diageo, have reinvigorated this old standard significantly.  Expect a hint of pepper from the malt as it takes hold in your mouth followed by a whisper of peat on the finish.

Produced by William Grant's and named after Hazelwood House, home of the late Janet Sheed Roberts, the grand-daughter of the original William Grant and Scotland's oldest woman before she passed away. The whisky is elegant and sherry-influenced, with carefully balanced spice and dried fruit notes.

At the top of the House of Hazelwood range sits the 25 Year Old expression, presented beautifully in a bottle and box inspired by 1920s Art Deco design.

Nose: Pancakes and golden syrup, lime, oak furniture and oodles of vanilla.

Palate: Burnt sugar, cut grass, honey'd cereals. A few pinches of exotic spice.

Finish: Drying and quite oak-y.

The difficult to find Justerini & Brooks 15 year old Reserve blended whisky is a characterful whisky and boasts a touch more peat than the regular J&B bottling.

Divergence is a brand owned by The Spirits Workshop located in Christchurch, New Zealand.

This whisky has vanilla, toffee apple, red berries and baking spice aromas. The palate is sweet with red fruit and dark chocolate, vanilla, light baking spice and the lingering finish is of black plums and dark chocolate.

A lightly coloured young, extremely peaty whisky from an unnamed distillery somewhere in Scotland. It's got the rampant smoke you'd expect from a beastly named whisky as well as a pleasant, citrussy fresh fruitiness. The packaging is pretty striking too, with a scary monster and a (deliberately) singed label. Bottled at 46% and un-chillfiltered, just how we like 'em
