Bottled at 46%, non-chill filtered and of natural color, Revival is a stunning Highland single malt with coastal charm.

The aftertaste is full of spices and is distinctily peppery and warming.
One of our favourite whiskies - it's what we like to refer to as a "perfect allrounder". There's no doubt it's a sherried whisky - ageing for 12 years in refill sherry butts, but there's a delicious hint of peat in there too. It's the type of whisky that everyone enjoys.Colour: Vibrant amber gold.Nose:????Fresh and beautifully light, sherried fruit combined with a tempting spicy sweetness and a hint of sappy oak.?Palate:??Full bodied, delightful sherried fruit, with oak, a hint of peat and delicious sweet sensations.?FYI - this litre price is cheaper than the 700ml (which was $93 when we had it!)
Casg Annamh means 'rare cask' in Gaelic. This expression is significantly influenced by the finest quality, hand-selected Oloroso Sherry casks. The liquid is matured in three types of casks; European oak Sherry casks and two different types of American oak casks resulting in a rich and intense whisky.
The whisky that kicks off the Glenlivet range, one of the oldest and most reputable distilleries in Speyside. Named in honour of the distillery's founder, George Smith. It's classic Glenlivet, with a creamy and fruity character bolstered by the use of first-fill American oak to mature some of the whisky.

Finish: The charming sweetness of delicious juices is left on the tongue.

This beautifully bronze gold malt was bottled at 48% and first aged in the finest American Oak Wood Barrels for over nine years before being re-racked into Moscatel Barriques. The second maturation period enriches the flavour, creating a fruitier style of whisky with a very vivid and aromatic nose, typical of the muscat grape.

Distilled back in June 2007 and left to mature in a single refill hogshead for the following 12 years. When April 2020 came about, the single malt was independently bottled for Douglas Laing's Old Particular range.

More spice on the finish, with dry oak, coconut and heather.
Of all the distilleries in Diageo's portfolio, Glen Spey is the third smallest and remains one of the most obscure. Virtually all of its output goes into blends, in particular, J&B (which at the time of writing is the sixth biggest whisky brand in the world). Douglas Laing have bottled this rarity from a single refill hogshead REF - DL13903. Aromas of nutmeg and cinnamon arrive with a citrus zest while the palate promises strawberry candy, spiced oak, coconut shavings and milk chocolate.
