The VSOP Remy Martin is a classic and the cognac houses bestseller. The cognac consists up to 100 different eaux-de-vies, and the age of the spirits is between 4 and 15 years. A Fine Champagne blend, which means that the distilled wine comes from the terroir of Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne - the two best crus of the Charente cognac area. TASTING NOTES: The colour of this cognac is golden pale, on the nose: Vanilla, roses - some soft fruits and an idea of almond. The palate more smooth, balanced and round for a VSOP. The finish lasts for some minutes.

The taste: A rich yet supple entry, very round some sense of vanilla, spice and citrus peel. Dense dried fruit, nut, sweet spice, chocolate, deep copper chestnut aromas and some roasted nuts. The finish: a warm finish, some leather. Really solid.

Camus VSOP owes its fabulous aromatic character to a blend of wines distilled with some of the lees. This technique requires great expertise, and ensures a remarkable aromatic intensity. The eaux-de vie are then aged in barrels selected for their mild tannins. Particular attention is paid to the toast of the barrels, to ensure that the fruity and floral aromas express themselves to the full whilst also adding a hint of spices and vanilla.

Another wonderful rye whiskey from the equally wonderful Willett Distillery! After it's distilled over in Kentucky, the liquid was aged in new charred white oak barrels for the entirety of its four years. Eventually, it was bottled at cask strength, a warming 57.2% ABV. An outstanding rye whiskey that proves great value for money.
Nose: Aromas of Bakewell tart and cherry jam, with toasty oak, cinnamon and salted caramel.
Palate: Wonderfully chewy with a big hit of rye spice, burnt vanilla custard and velvety, melted dark chocolate.
Finish: More tart cherry returns alongside a touch of banana, rounded off by a wave of oak spice.

Produced from specially select milled grains. Crafted from a unique mash bill of Texas Corn (80%) and Oklahoma Rye (20%). Triple copper pot still distillation using only the heart-cut for barreling. Aged 3-6 years in New American Oak Barrels (Char # 4) and finished in Used French Oak Wine Barrels (Extra Charred). Non-chill filtered. Bottled at 92 proof / 46% alc/vol.
