NEW RELEASE – Schwarzbier German Dark Lager
Another drop in our Lager House Series. A classic German lager style, using a heavy dose of Munich malt for lovely melanoidins and fermented with Franconian Lager yeast. Bready, light roast, chocolate, and caramel flavours exude from this malty beverage, which is inherently more drinkable than a traditional dark ale.

Our entry for the 2024 Malthouse West Coast IPA Challenge “Sonic the Hophog”. One of the most iconic video games, we can still remember the sound of it booting up on Sega Genesis. Nostalgic, yes, timeless, we reckon. The games and movies continue over 30 years after its original release, much like us @Sunshine Brewery. After 35 years in the industry, we give credence to the balance between the old and the new, and this beer is no different. A traditional WCIPA malt base with Simcoe, Cryo Mosaic and a new hop from Montana named Ahhroma. Let out a gleeful sigh with every sip.

NEW RELEASE – Sunrise 07 Celebrating International Womens Day – Pink Boots Colab.
Sunrise Series, 07 Hazy Pale Ale Pink Boots Co-lab. Who runs the world!… Sunshine Brewery has paired up with Pink Boots for International Women’s Day. The 7th annual YCH hop blend includes Idaho 7, Ahtanum, El Dorado and HBC638 bringing hits of berry, tropical and stone fruit. Brewed by our two rising young brewers, Nona and Marion, we are sure this will be a banger.

Going back to our trophy winning Saison(Champion Trophy European Ale winner 2019 Brewers Guild), we are dry hopping this beauty with Superdelic, NZ Hops newest named trial hop. A mixture of tart, spice, and fruit from WLP4007 sets up a base for these fruity hops and make for another delightful treat. Taking a traditional style beer and seeing how new world hops play off it.

Tamarind Biére De Garde is a farmhouse ale using classic blonde grist with tamarind additions. If you don’t know about this versatile leguminous fruit, you surely know the products it is most used in. Think Pad Thai, Massaman curry, Worcestershire, and HP sauce... It provides a balanced flavour of tart and umami blending perfectly with rich sweet malts and earthy bitterness from Fuggle hops and fruit profile expressed by French ale yeasts. |
