Belgian Beer
Thanks to its in-bottle re-fermentation, the Lindemans Oude Gueuze Cuv?e Ren? gives you a completely natural sparkle and froth.
The Lindemans Oude Gueuze Cuvee Rene contains one-third old lambic, aged for at least two years, and two-thirds young lambic, which is at least one year old and has been matured in large oak foeders.
The yeasts and sugars in the Lindemans Oude Gueuze Cuvee Rene prompt the in-bottle re-fermentation. Slowly but surely the wild yeasts will convert all of the residual sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide. Six months on, the result is a golden-coloured, sparkling, mildly sour gueuze.

This is an aged Belgian red ale, which is ?ripened quietly in oak barrels for two years?, according to the label. It has an extremely pungent aroma of rich grapey fruit, with acidic notes, very much like a slightly sour red wine or possibly a gueuze. In the mouth it is slightly sweet, extremely acidic and fruity, with grapes and even cherries discernible, and very lively. Despite the sweetness it is not at all cloying, even thin, with little or no trace of malt. Finish is sharp and fruity.

Leute Bokbier is a dark red heavy top-fermented beer with secondary fermentation in bottle and barrel. It has a very aromatic taste and is sweet, but full on the palate. Leute Bokbier was first brewed by the Vansteenberge brewery in 1927. The billy goat and funnel tank refer to the former brewery farm and adjacent hop fields. With the disappearance of agricultural activity, Leute Bokbier also disappeared and was only produced again in 1997.

Cuv?e Watou Rouge has a blood-red colour that permeates into the creamy, foamy head. When tasting it, the sweet, fruity aroma is quite prominent, first of all, after which the taste of cherries and raspberries prevails. The soft after-taste, which does not linger for too long, creates a feeling for more. In short: summer in a glass.
Cuv?e Watou Rouge was brought onto the market in 2019, at the request of our customers. After a one-year research period, our brew master was satisfied with the fruit combination that he had put together. This typical Rouge can tempt both men and women and should be seen as a fruit beer with a savouring character

A golden peach lambic with a sparkling appearance and fruity taste. Taste: Golden in colour; with a nose that fills the room with fresh peaches. Sparkling, crisp and refreshing balance of fruit and acid.
Tasting Notes
A hazy yellow pour, is topped with a frothy eggshell cap that leaves nice lace. Full on fresh peach aroma, some yeast, tart citrus, smells inviting. Tastes sweet and tart. Lots of peach of course with a tart citric component that balances the sweetness. A bit of hops lead to a grassy finish. Very peachy and not overly complex, but refreshing and enjoyable.

Goyck is a blend of a top fermentation beer, Toots, and a spontaneously fermented beer, Lindemans lambic. The refermentation in the bottle with the Brettanomyces gives the resulting beer a hoppy and fruity character, a rather complex flavour and unique aroma! The beer has a fine sparkle and dry, hoppy finish.
'Goyck' refers to the old spelling of the beautiful village "Gooik"... a village and beer the Pajottenland is rightfully proud of!
