Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. Etsu Double Yuzu Gin is fresh with citrus notes, using natural ingredients, giving this gin a unique and light finish.
Etsu Double Orange and Etsu Double Yuzu Gin are distilled at the Akita Distillery, in the Akita prefecture of Japan in the Honshu Island. Akita Prefecture is located on the coast of the Sea of Japan and extends east to the ?u Mountains, the longest mountain range in Japan. It is these mountains that Etsu Double Orange and Etsu Double Yuzu take their fresh and light aromas from.
Etsu Double Orange Gin and Etsu Double Yuzu have been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse. Only after the distillation process is fresh water from the mountain source added, which gives these gin their fresh taste.
Aromas of candied orange peel, chili pepper, and cardamom follow through on a round, silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-full body with sharp waves of buttercream, cayenne pepper, candied ginger, and piney juniper on the fiery, wintergreen and lemon verbena accented finish. At the heart of its vibrant hue and luscious flavor are bounteous local blackcurrants. These juicy gems, rich in both colour and taste, are paired beautifully with the gentle floral hints of rosehip, diligently foraged from the Rangitata.
To achieve perfect harmony, a hint of sweetness dances with the tartness of the blackcurrants, culminating in a Pink Gin that's both exquisitely balanced and deeply local.

Blackadder is proud to introduce Aurantia, our pot-distilled gin, handcrafted for us in The Netherlands.
The name Aurantia comes from the Latin Aurantium, found within the citrus family. It is these citrus notes that give the layers of mouthwatering flavour to our gin.
Aurantia is great for a classic G&T, or just poured over ice. This is gin with a bold, yet soft, sweet-and-sour citrus twist. Perfect for cocktails and long drinks.
Aurantia is bottled with the same care and attention we take with all of our spirits. This means no chill filtration and minimal intervention so as to ensure Aurantia is a truly pure and natural gin.

Little Biddy? Gin ? Gold Label displays a botanical intensity reminiscent of the loftiest heights of the West Coast rainforest and the purest depths of the wild water feeding it. Foraged Watercress, Snow Moss, Kahikatea tips, and Toatoa all deliver a soulful aromatic experience. It exhibits a bright, and surprising effervescence on the nose, subtle hints of wasabi freshness, sweet caramelised lime, and a delicate earthed minerality.
Created in honour of Reefton legend Little Biddy, a pipe-smoking, gin-toting, 4 foot tall gold prospector. Our search for native botanicals takes us deep into the same West Coast rainforest where Biddy once fossicked for gold, to craft a uniquely New Zealand selection of small batch distilled gins with attitude.

A combination of two Kiwi icons: Sauvignon Blanc and Dancing Sands Dry Gin. State-of-the-art vacuum distillation means we are able to retain the complex flavours of the wine, while adding botanical sophistication from our Dry Gin.
The end result is a full-bodied and fruity gin that brings you bursting passionfruit, gooseberry, lime, and green apple ? all the tropical flavours you know and love from a New Zealand Sav Blanc, but with added punch and pizazz.
This collaboration with Regional Wines has resulted in a delightful summer gin. The aroma is of fresh summer fruits & floral rose notes.
The gin has a sweet mouth feel & and initial flavour bursting with sweet spice, peach & light cucumber, then giving way to a citrus and pine finish.
