The beer that built a brewery. This is an all NZ hopped English style IPA where the ABV is lower and the malt presence is higher than other more modern counterparts. Orange brown pour with a dense white head and a medley of NZ hop aromas. Some caramel meldanoidins back up this aroma and deliver the toasty, malty palate of the english style. Medium to full body with an assertive bitterness.

Inspired by the bellini cocktail, which combines peach puree and prosecco, we?ve brewed a super dry Brut IPA, hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Wai Iti, then let it condition on Hawkes Bay Peaches.

The fourth release in our Off World IPA series. A juicy hazy bursting with pineapple, mango and coconut. Brewed with Galaxy and Sabro hops, with a delicious pillowy malt bill.

Sinker has, yep you guessed it, depth. With a clean malt base and a touch of Gladiator and Wheat for body, the NZ and US Hops have a solid foundation to shimmer upon. Plunge into Riwaka, Motueke, Kohatu, El Dorado Eukanot and Idaho 7 for citrus, tropical, stone fruit and berry flavours.
