Meet Helen
Like the Sun, Helen was the central force that kept her family in planetary motion. She’d shine her rays on each member as they orbited around her, transmitting matters of great importance from one to another. This Hazy IPA introduces a new-born star NZ hop, codename ‘Peacharine’, to the family, alongside Mosaic and Strata. Tropical and stone fruit hop characters solar charge a hazy, pale yellow malt base. Shine on, Helen.

Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor completes the taste palate of the Gouden Carolus beers. ?Hopsinjoor? derived from ?Opsinjoor?, the typical character of Mechelen and also because of the use of 5 different kinds of hops. These hops are fractioned at a different time during the cooking process in order to conserve a maximum of aroma.
Concerning the taste, the Ale has a gentle taste with a slightly bitter finish. Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor was launched in 2008 on the Zythos Beer Festival and hit the mark: the visitors elected it as best beer, bringing Het Anker ?The Consumer?s trophy Zythos Beer Festival 2008?.
The beer is bottled unfiltered in order to preserve the bitterness of the hop as much as possible.

The taste is reminiscent of the spiked fruit punch at the high school dance way back when. Hoppy as, with a myriad of flavours; mango, rock melon, and grapefruit come to mind, but you be the judge. Copious amounts of Mosaic and Citra, backed by a select couple of hops to deliver. this delicious, velvety, aromatic hazy for the ages…
This is some Hoppity Hooch!

Silver Wing Ceramic Sauvignon ticks lots of boxes from the funky, earthy aroma notes to the fresh bright acidity that gives Sauvignon Blanc its refreshing edgy flavours. And it also ticks the vegan box.
Winemaker Andrew Fox focusses on low intervention winemaking methods, including no filtration which may result in lees sediment in the wines, which is harmless and looks like small crystals.
Silver Wing wines are made by Andrew Fox in the Waipara Valley, North Canterbury.
The Crater Rim Waipara Valley Chardonnay is a youthful, estate-grown wine, hand-picked and fermented and lees-aged for 11 months in French oak barriques (partly new). This wine is a bright, light yellow-green, with a fragrant, citrusy bouquet. The palate is mouth-filling, with good intensity of grapefruit-like flavours, slightly buttery and toasty.
IPA - Mango, apricot, and citrus with a body to back it up.
Naughty Hopper is packing a mouthful of resinous tropical fruit flavours, thanks to Simocoe, Amarillo and Mosaic hops. These Rockstar hops are low in bitterness but high in juicy goodness. Late additions and awkward positions are what Naughty Hopper is all about.

This crushing double IPA, named for the legendary hop that predominates it, is one of New Zealand craft brewing's original palate benders, famous for squeezing every last drop of flavour and aroma from its American namesake. Strong notes of citrus shouldn't surprise anyone who reads the label.
