This gorgeous NEIPA is Eddyline's classic CrankYanker recipe but modified by boosting the tropical El Dorado Hops, and adding a touch of Citra hops along with the standard Centennial and Mosaic.
It comes across as a dank juiciness bursting with tropical aromas.

Designed to be light and aromatic with a minimal malt base packed with NZ hops. Wai?iti (low alpha hop - more hop and less bitterness). NZ grown Chinook hops (Punchy flavoursome hop)

Pale golden colour with a foamy white head. Light biscuity malt notes carry the hops. A mix of American Citra and NZ Cascade hops give the beer a bright and vibrant citrus burst. Crisp and drinkable. Lower in alcohol than most IPAs.

Beer Baroness- Our Fresh New Hazy IPA uses a combination of Mosaic and Citra along with some out of this world hop heavyweights Strata and Galaxy.
Sweet Passionfruit and Pineapple fight for centre stage against Herbal Resinous pine and Grapefruit pith. A clean Pilsner malt base is used alongside Oats to provide a smooth and creamy mouthfeel, but an addition of a not so common heirloom species of wheat 'Spelt Malt' creates a slightly tangy finish which accentuates a punchy hop bitterness.
Pretty as a picture and taking you out of this Stratosphere into another Galaxy.

Brimming with a tantalising blend of American and New Zealand hops, it explodes with aromatic orange peel, pine needles and plump, ripe stone fruit. Deterred by a boat journey home, he purchased a 75HP American Ercoupe Aircraft from a trade show in Belgium. Naming her Petite Pegasus - it took him just 18 days to fly home, setting distance records along the way. This Low Powered Session Hazy sends a lofty salute to Harold and his Petite Pegasus.
