Hops & science go hand-in-hand with the very mouthwatering 4.8% ABV Liquid Hop Pale Ale w Mosaic & Citra! Because hops have a nasty habit of losing aroma & flavour over time, growers worked with scientists to halt this with a clever array of methods, two of which we use here. With liquid hop extract in the whirlpool & cryogenically pelletised hops for dry hopping, this lush ale showcases bright citrus & tropical fruit notes from nose to palate.

4.8% ABV.

This is our desert island wishlist beer - a cool, refreshing sour ale loaded with ZING, ZAP and ZEST! This beer has a huge citrus bite with fresh-cut lime, lemon and tropical aromas from the Motueka hops. A tangy sweetness rounds out this delectable drop that will leave you fizzing!

3.8% ABV.

This crushing double IPA, named for the legendary hop that predominates it, is one of New Zealand craft brewing's original palate benders, famous for squeezing every last drop of flavour and aroma from its American namesake. Strong notes of citrus shouldn't surprise anyone who reads the label.

On first impression, this is a very exciting hop! The first rub leaves a sticky residue on the hands, it feels very oily which is what we like. Delivering traditional New Zealand aromas of passionfruit, oranges, and other tropical fruits but taken up a notch in intensity to reach a new level. It's super fruity with a nice dose of dankness to boot. We think this will be equally good in Pale Ales and IPAs but for this first trial we have chosen to make a clean pilsner, so we can really see the detailed quality of this future rock star!

Like the new trial hop varietal YHQ-1320 that we?ve loaded into this luscious beer, courtesy of our friends at Bintani. Exploding with bright, juicy aromas of citrus, stone fruit and ripe pineapple, this sweet, zesty hop is the perfect compliment to this smooth and creamy hazy IPA.

Weird can be wonderful. T Sauce - Mexican Michelada inspired kettle sour, infused with chilli, lime, salt and tomato. Spicy, refreshing and zesty with a delightful umami top note. Stay weird.

4.0% - Spicy tomato & lime salted sour

The devil finds work for idle hands. Devil?s Lettuce - no actual lettuce, just loads of crisp, juicy dank hop character, snappy bitterness, clean malt, tight white foam and a cheeky touch of terpene. Now go on and eat your greens.

5.2% - Deliciously dank & drinkable IPA

This beer is inspired by the luxurious Peach Bellini cocktail. Bruted for a dry, Champagne-like finish and exploding with magnificent aromas of tropical stone fruit - peach, apricot, nectarine and a dash of citrus - mingling with notes of white wine and gooseberry characteristics from the Nelson Sauvin, Wai-iti and Cashmere Cryo hops.
