This year's entry in the Heyday Hazy Competition, where it got 2nd place. Hopped exclusively with Codename Peacharine, a new trial hop from Freestyle Hops. This baby's packed to the gills with tropical fruit character; peach and nectarine, sweet lemons and white grapefruit. Music match: Conchord Dawn- 'Morning Light'

Impressive full bodied red blend, modelled on Bordeaux' great left bank wines, which, like this one, can age superbly for decades. Mission's Jewelstone Antoine is made entirely from grapes grown on the much reverred Gimblett Gravels Winegrowing District. The dark colour and blackberry, blackcurrant and plum flavours come from a blend led by 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc and 15% Merlot. The winemaker is Paul Mooney - long term winemaker at Mission Estate - and he gave the finished wine 12 months of maturation in French oak, 60% new. Not that you'd know it. This beautifully balanced blend works superbly with this relatively high portion of new oak and tastes smooth, dark and impressively complex. Drinking beautifully now and can age superbly for up to a decade.
This IPA hits like a fresh-squeezed summer smoothie with juicy strawberries up front and exuberant aromas of honeydew, blueberry, mango and fruity bubblegum rounding out the tropical jungle vibes from the Huell Melon and Mosaic hops. Copious amounts of oats and wheat create a full and creamy body to this beer that compliments the heady swirl of summer fruits. Lavish and delicious!

Follow the trail over yonder, head down a spell and just when you?re about to give up you find it - CALICO IPA! A spring of golden refreshment, bolstered by rich English malts and the fresh breeze aromatics of grapefruit, tangerine, orange and peach from the Amarillo Cryo and Zythos hops. This beer is cooled-out, easy-drinking and pouring the colour of the setting sun.

The jammy journey of mouth FOMO keeps on coming, this time it's bubbling with juicy, tangy boysenberries and luscious sweet cherries. This feature combo pours a gorgeous deep purple that lets your eyes share in the deliciousness. Aromatics of both berries sing in perfect harmony. Thick, sweet cherry flavours coat the mouth, balanced by a tangy boysenberry bite. A symphony of luscious mouthfeel with a cleansing tartness.

Hops & science go hand-in-hand with the very mouthwatering 4.8% ABV Liquid Hop Pale Ale w Mosaic & Citra! Because hops have a nasty habit of losing aroma & flavour over time, growers worked with scientists to halt this with a clever array of methods, two of which we use here. With liquid hop extract in the whirlpool & cryogenically pelletised hops for dry hopping, this lush ale showcases bright citrus & tropical fruit notes from nose to palate.
4.8% ABV.
This crushing double IPA, named for the legendary hop that predominates it, is one of New Zealand craft brewing's original palate benders, famous for squeezing every last drop of flavour and aroma from its American namesake. Strong notes of citrus shouldn't surprise anyone who reads the label.

On first impression, this is a very exciting hop! The first rub leaves a sticky residue on the hands, it feels very oily which is what we like. Delivering traditional New Zealand aromas of passionfruit, oranges, and other tropical fruits but taken up a notch in intensity to reach a new level. It's super fruity with a nice dose of dankness to boot. We think this will be equally good in Pale Ales and IPAs but for this first trial we have chosen to make a clean pilsner, so we can really see the detailed quality of this future rock star!
