As the follow up of White Rhino, they created the ideal "vodka, lime and soda" for a Saturday afternoon in the sun. Again, only 3 natural ingredients; triple distilled vodka and real lime juice, topped off with pure sparkling water. Less than 1 gram of sugar too.

The name Koparepare is Maori for gift.
Whitehaven Wines was founded by Greg and Sue White in 1994 after they sailed into the Marlborough Sounds to shelter from a storm in the early 1990s and fell for the natural beauty of the region and the haven it provided. So they decided to take the next natural step - set up a winery back on dry land, naming it, naturally enough, Whitehaven.
A 2009 vintage single malt from Bruichladdich, made with 100% organically grown Scottish barley. In fact, the whole process of making this whisky, from barley to bottle, has been organically certified by the Biodynamic Association!
Nose: Melted butter, salt and pepper crisps, sweet pastries.
Palate: White chocolate fudge, lemon peel, vanilla and brown sugar.
Finish: Citrus notes become more orange-based, with continued vanilla-y barley.
Good Lord, these tasting notes
"Pours a light gold".Okay well, that is literally true.
"Aromas of lime with hints of pine and earthiness." I mean... it smells like fruti and trees? and dirt? Maybe.
Maybe there's a whole ecosystem of taste happening here, I don't know. For me an XPA is a seasonal thing. When a brewery brings out an XPA, you know it's gonna be T-shirt weather soon.
Come on NZ. T-shirt Weather. We're Waiting

Triple oak barrel aged saison.
This beer started out as an experiment to see what would happen if you aged a regular strength pale beer in fairly expressive oak barrels. Fermented out with a saison yeast in primary this beer then spent 4 months in an American oak (4 Roses Bourbon) barrel before we racked it into a French oak barrel (ex pinot) for another 14 months.
Finally we dry hopped the beer with HBC-472 - an experimental hop variety that has oak/bourbon/vanilla notes.
6.1% ABV
Please note: These barrel aged styles of beer are more similar to wine in the sense that they develop more with age, also as they are bottle conditioned there is yeast still working away in the beer itself which also develops the beers flavour over time.

Rutte has been distilling genevers, gins and liqueurs since 1872 and today the firm's motto still remains the same: "distilled with passion". They use no artificial flavorings or colorings; all of the flavor and color comes from fresh fruit, herbs and nuts, which is obvious from the products' sublime flavors and aromas! The historical building in the center of Dordrecht has been preserved in its original state. The distillation process is still carried out there and smaller, more specialized orders are still bottled by hand. The family's former living room on the first floor has been converted into a gorgeous tasting room. Now the smallest distillery in the Netherlands is presenting new distillates to the global market. With Rutte Celery Gin, Rutte Old Simon Genever, Rutte Dry Gin, this traditional company is offering bartenders worldwide not only a source of inspiration for new drink creations but also a rich history.
Gin & Genever Genever can be called the forefather of gin. The latter was in fact originally created as an imitation of the highly popular Dutch Genever. In those days it went by the name "Dutch Courage" because the soldiers were quite fond of it during the 30 Year War. Despite the relationship, there is a significant principal difference between gin and genever: the basis. While gin is based on a comparable neutral grain spirit, a blend of malt wine and neutral grain spirit is used for making genever. It is the malt wine that provides the distinct grainy aroma to the genever. The most obvious similarity of both distillates is the juniper berry.
Tasting Note: Prepared according to the old recipe of our founder Simon Rutte. This genever is distilled from grains and twelve botanicals: such as juniper berries, coriander, orris root, mace, celery seed and last but not least roasted walnuts and hazelnuts.
Possibly the most popular brand of bitters, Angostura should be considered a must when stocking a bar of any seriousness. Made with a secret blend of tropical herbs and plants with the original intent of curing a variety of illnesses. The brand is now produced in Trinidad and the blend is still a well-kept secret. The oversized, awkward label has also become a trademark of the brand. It's said that the wrong size was ordered and everyone in the facility thought someone else would fix the mistake, no one did and the label remains.
