Over at Bach we've been on the hops again... and reckon a seagull is a pretty good symbol of sun, sea and surf in Aotearoa's coastal lifestyle.
Our tribute to the tarapunga is brewed with all Nelson hops, grown on the shores of the tranquil Tasman Bay/Te Tai-o-Aorere: Riwaka, Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin and Kohatu.
Some might remember the band, lol.

Description: Motueka Valley's Hoppiest Witch has sent her secrets across the Ditch. No eye of newt, toe of frog, wool of bat or tongue of dog. This first brew, one of two, from Clayton Hops, through us to you! If you want clear, 'tis not the beer. The hoppy hazy brings most cheer. But please be careful if you must, this witch loves brews but lacks for trust. Ask the man on the other can to see where his story began.
Flavours: Resinous, Dank, Fruity and Punchy are all Fresh Hop characteristics. Motueka brings citrus, mojito and lime, while NZ Cascade adds tropical fruit, berry and even a bit of pine. These profiles sit atop a simple and light malt base with a touch of caramel flavours. Add oats for some creaminess and you have a Fresh Hop Hazy.

Squeezing the last out of summer, we bring you a double release fiesta of sangr?a inspired sour beers. bursting with red grapes, boysenberries, apricot and orange, this sangria sorbet sour is . semi-sweet with a fruity kick! Look out for our contrasting sangr?a blanco version.

Explore the Mystic River, with swirling eddies of bold tropical flavour and roaring hazy rapids. This Hazy Pale Ale combines brilliant flavour with a sessionable beer, thanks to a nice light body enhanced through the addition of oats. To get your taste buds flowing, we've hopped this beer with plenty Rakau and Mosaic. As well as stone fruit, expect flavours of berry and a little dankness!

This wee heavy brings rich notes of caramel, malt biscuits and toffee with a sticky, velvety sweetness and subtle aromatics of lemon, tangerine and mint from the Sasquatch hops. Then we kick it into high gear with a heaping hot shot of espresso!

Yeastie Boys and Teeling Whiskey invite you to try Sweet Old World, a Vienna-style amber lager inspired by Teeling's Virgin Chinkapin Oak whiskey.
Sweet Old Town is a crisp, refreshing, and easy drinking amber lager but bursting with aromatic notes reminiscent of the Single Pot Still whiskey - sweet toffee, caramel biscuits, and toasted crusty bread - before an elegant mix of malt and hop fruit comes through in the flavour. Dry, gently bitter, and deliciously drinkable.
Try it on its own or as a boilermaker or whiskey beer float, with Teeling Virgin Chinkapin Oak whiskey.

Bombora represents the continued evolution of a genre.
Like a musician, we're always experimenting and trying to push the envelope, so for this WCIPA we've done things a little differently! Upon a light base beer with a slightly dry finish, we've hopped this with Azacca and Vic's Secret, for a nice tropical note. To turn up the dial to max punchiness, we've also added a healthy dose of cryo Simcoe hops, for a very modern take on a classic style.

Kodiak is an American Amber ale with more bite than the traditional style. Containing just over half the typical amount of Crystal malt, the hops bring out some beautiful marmalade characteristics with just a hint of pine. A nice nod to the big Alaskan creature this beer is named after!

Hey bud, take a hit of this rich, velvety oatmeal stout - it?s a beaut! This beer is smooth and decadent with big notes of toffee, caramel and maple syrup with a dusting of ground pecans bringing out that sweet, nutty finish. Delicious!
