Cyclone Gabri-Ale is a full, rich Red IPA with big malt and caramel notes from 6 different grains and layered with pine, red berries, tropical and stone fruits from the lashings of Necteron, Waimea and Superdelic hops. Beautiful balance of malts, hops, and bitterness, just what you need in your Red IPA.

In poker, and in life, it doesn't get much worse than when you're drawing dead. To be in a position where no matter what happens, no matter how the cards fall in the future, you have no chance of winning. But even if the situation is that bleak, you can always enjoy this nice, hoppy Texas-style Brown Ale. Sweet, roasty maltiness balanced by citrusy hops and subtle esters from the fermentation will put a positive spin on any rainy day.

A unique blend of a classic Belgian-style dubbel and a fruit beer. In keeping with tradition, we've used speciality Belgian malts in the mash and fermented this dubbel with a blend of Belgian yeast strains.
The twist is a generous helping of cherries, resulting in a beer full of warm, fruity esters, punctuated with a distinct cherry sweetness and pouring a brilliant shade of crimson-red.

There's no better place to cold brew an IPA, than Dunedin. Snow Day was fermented at a chillier than usual temperature, to make it taste extra crisp and clean. It may have a lagery mouthfeel, but make no mistake, the flavour is all IPA. Mosaic, Idaho 7, Nectaron and Citra hops all come to the fore in this tasty brew. Enjoy it cold - the beer, not you.

This Passionfruit Cheesecake Hazy IPA is a double-serving of
D-E-S-S-E-R-T, rich and creamy and swirled with passionfruit coulis. Bright aromatic notes of peaches, grapefruit and lemon abound from the Galaxy and Riwaka hops. This beer drinks like a sweet, juicy nectar.

Harvest is over and the strings that held the hop bines are down. It?s an exciting time for our brewers, a chance to sample and select the best lots of our favourite New Zealand hop varieties. Here in String Theory, the finest, freshest lots of Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Southern Cross and Riwaka from Freestyle?s Sunrise Valley farm are combined in a smooth base of plump barley malt and oats to create a beer showcasing the pick of the crop - no strings attached.
