Kirin Hyoketsu Strong Sisily Lemon
Lemons harvested in Sicily are used as the main ingredient. The taste is refreshing and crisp. The secret of its deliciousness lies in "freezing at the freezing point. Freezing squeezed fruit juice below the freezing point is a technology that locks in the freshness of the juice, which is what "Hyoketsu" has been focusing on for 20 years. The taste of freshly squeezed Sisily Lemon. Mainly using Sisily Lemon, the juice is frozen at sub-zero temperatures (-18?C) to lock in the freshness of the fruit. The juice is frozen at sub-zero temperatures (-18 degrees Celsius) to lock in the freshness of the fruit, and the astringency and bitterness of the squeezed juice are removed to achieve the refreshing taste that is typical of Hyoketsu.
This beer is the brainchild of our head brewer, a Polish native who now calls New Zealand home.
It is brewed using a combination of premium malts, offering a robust, medium bodied, dark beer with a smooth mouthfeel.
Accompanied by a carefully selected blend of Polish Magnum and Czech Saaz hops you can expect a subtle floral and spicy aroma. Fermented at a cool temperature with a clean neutral lager yeast strain, this beer has a smooth and balanced flavour profile. With notes of caramel, chocolate, dark fruit and toasted bread.

For this new ‘Go Back In Time’ beer series we visit the Vikings. Too long these seafaring hooligans have been maligned for their unprovoked violence and pagan playfulness. But an Uiltje University study reveals that Vikings were motivated not by gods or greed but by…peaches. Yep, they just wanted some juicy fersken (peaches) to spice up their ale. Had we known, much violence could have been avoided. Better late than never. SKÅL!

Lagg Distillery is located at the southern end of the Isle of Arran and produces a range of heavily peated, modern and characterful Single Malt Whiskies. Production started in 2019, with the first recorded cut of spirit made on the 19th March of that year. We now have the release of three inaugural, limited release bottlings from the distillery.
This new, Limited Release Lagg Whisky has been artfully crafted using Concerto malted barley, peated to 50ppm in the kiln and water from our own bore hole to produce a very characterful dram with notes of citrus, heather and bonfire smoke.
These lovely whiskies have been bottled un-chill filtered, without the additional of any colouring and at a higher strength of 50% ABV.

Twice distilled, in our handmade copper pot stills, the spirit for this release was matured in first fill, ex-bourbon casks for just over three years prior to release.
A very characterful dram, with notes of citrus, heather and bonfire smoke.
Clocking in at 15-20% ABV and 120 IBUs, it's easy to see why we call this beer THE HOLY GRAIL for hopheads! 120 Minute IPA is boiled for a full two hours while being continuously hopped with high-alpha American hops, then dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month and aged for another month on whole-leaf hops. We brew 120 Minute IPA a few times a year, but it goes fast. If you find some grab a few bottles -- some to enjoy and some to age.

A light, crisp certified organic Blonde Ale created with delicate malt characteristics, this brew is balanced by a very subtle touch of citrusy spice from Pacific Northwest organic hops.

With deep black color, a thick, creamy head, rich chocolate, toffee and coffee flavors, and full-bodied smoothness, Anchor Porter? is the epitome of a handcrafted dark beer.
A blend of specially roasted pale, caramel, chocolate, and black malts, along with our top-fermenting yeast, creates complexity without bitterness. The brew is hopped at a high rate, and naturally carbonated. The result is dark in the glass, but surprisingly light on the palate.

Dry River Wines was one of the first four vineyards and wineries in Martinborough and Pinot Noir is the most important grape there today, representing the majority of vines planted but a mere third of the winery's annual production.
The winery was founded by scientist Dr Neil McCallum, who later sold it and the winemaking for this wine was by Wilco Lam and Sam Rouse, who are refining the bold powerful style of Pinot Noirs made at Dry River to produce an altogether more elegant, refreshing and medium bodied expression of this great French grape variety.

This latest limited edition release, crafted by Master Distiller Billy Walker was initially matured in American ex-Bourbon barrels then given additional ageing in Grattamacco wine Barriques. Released as part of the exciting new 'Wine Series' from GlenAllachie distillery.
Nose: Waves of honey, peaches and apricots, with toffee, almonds and orange peel.
Palate: Toffee, heather honey, red berries and peaches, fused with apricots, orange peel and nutmeg.

'Qyte Plummy' contains 3 different varieties of plum, blended witha powerful, predominately cider apple blend, delivering strucutre, length and complexity that no 'cider with fruit' has yet achieved.

Rodenbach Vintage 2016 is a unique unblended Flemish Red ale that is matured for 2 years in standing oak casks (foeders). Brewmaster Rudi Ghequire hand-selects the best beer from a single foeder for each Vintage year.
Rodenbach Vintage 2016 has an acidic, appley fruitiness combined with caramel, wild honey and oak with a touch of vanilla, cherry and licorice. The aroma consists of touches of caramel and oak, as well as green apples mixed with honey and chocolate. The slightly sour, fruity aftertaste is long and nicely balanced, just like a Grand Cru wine.
