This outstanding rose champagne that is made intentionally as a pink hued wine that gains richness and flavour from being a 100% Pinot Noir sparkling wine made from 10 different crus located mainly in the South and North areas of the Montagne de Reims, which is home mostly to Pinot grapes.

and maceration lasts from 48 to 72 hours depending on the harvest, helping to reveal all the richness of Pinot Noir.

The result is an elegant salmon pink in the glass offering a precise nose of extraordinary freshness and a wide range of red fruits: raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry and black cherry. The palate is supple and rounded with flavours of freshly picked red berries.

Champagne Laurent-Perrier was founded in 1812 by Andre Michel Pierlot and took the name Vve Laurent-Perrier when Mathilde Emilie Perrier, the widow of Eug?ne Laurent, combined the two family names after she decided to expand the business.

Eugenie Hortense Laurent, her daughter, inherited the House in 1925 and sold it to Marie-Louise Lanson de Nonancourt in 1939.

Grape: Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache

A pale pink colour that is vivid and bright. Intense nose combining fresh fruit of strawberry, melon, cranberry, peach and citrus, with notes of red currant and sour cherry. Rich, with a beautifully well-balanced intensity that is very fresh and slightly sweet and sour on the palate. Good tannins and mild acidity, make for a crisp, refreshing finish.

Les Jamelles Clair de Rose is a blend of two red grape varieties, Grenache and Cinsault. The combination creates a clean, dry and refreshing southern French rose with floral and fruity flavours in a rounded, medium bodied style. Cool temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks retails fruity flavours and is finished in a dry style. 

The grapes in this wine come from two distinctly different areas; the Herault Valley's sloping vineyards where the warm Mediterranean climate provides consistently sunny conditions and outstanding ripeness, along with the Narbonne, where sandier soils provide rich flavours and balance. 

Drink with a classic food match of melon and prosciutto on a sunny day or serve alongside salami and antipasto any time of year as a refreshing aperitif wine.

Deliciously dry French ros? made from Grenache and Carignan, which are blended together to make this dry, super tasty ros?. It comes from the hot, dry, and extremely sunny Mediterranean wine region of the Languedoc, which winds its way around the southern French coast. This large, sun drenched and languid wine region border Provence to the east and Roussillon to the west, on the Spanish border. 

This is pale pink with fruity aromas of strawberry, sour cherry and grenadine along with citrus aromas.

It begs to be enjoyed lightly chilled with salads, cheese and antipasto platters.

An aperitif with a delicious freshness and great aromatic finesse.

Nose:  Light aromas of berries, orange blossom, and grapefruit
Mouth:  Fresh, lively and fruity. Balanced structure. Slightly acidic.

Rose needs no introduction but Pinot Meunier might do. As its name implies, this grape is part of the Pinot family and in this case it comes from the Blue Rock Vineyard, south of Martinborough township.

This wine is dry, medium bodied and fresh with red fruit flavours. Good drinking year round. Serve lightly chilled.

Beautiful complex pink wine with a little barrel fermentation adding depth and body to this wine. It's one of the best pinkies from the deep south and utterly delicious.
