This outstanding rose champagne that is made intentionally as a pink hued wine that gains richness and flavour from being a 100% Pinot Noir sparkling wine made from 10 different crus located mainly in the South and North areas of the Montagne de Reims, which is home mostly to Pinot grapes.
The grapes from carefully selected plots are sorted and destemmed before vatting
and maceration lasts from 48 to 72 hours depending on the harvest, helping to reveal all the richness of Pinot Noir.
The result is an elegant salmon pink in the glass offering a precise nose of extraordinary freshness and a wide range of red fruits: raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry and black cherry. The palate is supple and rounded with flavours of freshly picked red berries.

A pale pink colour that is vivid and bright. Intense nose combining fresh fruit of strawberry, melon, cranberry, peach and citrus, with notes of red currant and sour cherry. Rich, with a beautifully well-balanced intensity that is very fresh and slightly sweet and sour on the palate. Good tannins and mild acidity, make for a crisp, refreshing finish.
Les Jamelles Clair de Rose is a blend of two red grape varieties, Grenache and Cinsault. The combination creates a clean, dry and refreshing southern French rose with floral and fruity flavours in a rounded, medium bodied style. Cool temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks retails fruity flavours and is finished in a dry style.
The grapes in this wine come from two distinctly different areas; the Herault Valley's sloping vineyards where the warm Mediterranean climate provides consistently sunny conditions and outstanding ripeness, along with the Narbonne, where sandier soils provide rich flavours and balance.

This large, sun drenched and languid wine region border Provence to the east and Roussillon to the west, on the Spanish border.
This is pale pink with fruity aromas of strawberry, sour cherry and grenadine along with citrus aromas.
