A summer project for the team at Sunshine Brewery. Local watermelon, lime juice and guava create a refreshing heavy fruited sour. A heavy wheat grist provides plenty of body to balance all the light fruit making this a perfect sipper through the summer and autumn months.

Florida weisse is our hazy and refreshing fruit sour that is bracingly tart. It pours with a pinkish hue and is absolutely brimming with the flavour of fresh raspberries

Loaded with lime juice and zapping your tastebuds with a tart sherbet sweetness that will leave your tongue tingling.

This beer started out as two seperate barrels that we filled in 2018. Three years later we blended the two barrels together before separating the blend out into two different finishing barrels. This part of the blend was finished in an american oak barrel with 250g/L blueberries and raspberries.
