Amigo is a sorbet-style sour ale we?ve wanted to make for a long time here at One Drop. With summer closing in we wanted to pay homage to the days of late, where sunshine is king and good times are had all around. What better tribute than an obtusely loaded up kettle-sour with drums of passionfruit, apricot, and peach puree sitting shotgun with coconut water and sorbet powder? Here?s to salud and sunshine!
Harnessing the tropical wonders that Australia has to offer, we combine again through the power of beer & friendship to brew with long time pals Duckpond from Gothenburg, Sweden. An amplified quint-fruited smoothie sour with Australian Banana, Mango, Strawberry, Boysenberry, and Guava alongside both Coconut cream and water. Bega Lactose melds gorgeously with Tahitian and Madagascarian vanilla providing a balancing smoothness to the stupid amounts of fruit we?ve gone and added. Brewed with pals Duckpond, Beermash, and Crafty Pint for the latter?s Pint of Origin 2024 celebration

In Too Deep is a new topped-up-to-the-brim kettle sour that's been given our full Fresh-Fruit Smoothie Treatment. Starting with a lactose and oat heavy base soured with our house lacto culture, we?ve then gone and dropped some serious cannon-balls of strawberry, banana, tangerine, marshmallow and a touch of sweet French vanilla. Come get deep and join us as we go overboard.
Join The Dots is a new topped-up-to-the-brim kettle sour that's been given our full Ice-Cream Smoothie Treatment. Starting with a lactose and wheat heavy base soured with our house lacto culture, we?ve then gone and rolled up some mean dots of mango, raspberry, blackcurrant, and marshmallow, with a touch of vanilla ice cream powder. Join it all up and come find the big picture with us.

Locked On is a brand new fruited sour straight out of our pilot program. On a base of wheat, spelt, barley, and rye we?ve combined three types of lactobacillus and let them work their magic over 3 weeks before fermenting out with a Belgian yeast on a blend of morello and sweet cherries. The result is a tart, slightly acetic, acidity with a deep, full cherry character while a small addition of fresh cherry juice at canning provides a sweet and fruit-forward structure.

Swing Low is an absurd unit of a pastry sour fresh out of our pilot program. Brewed with date syrup and Lactose, we?ve then fermented low-and-slow on a bunch of delicious banana and white chocolate. To round out this god-tier combo, we?ve gone and added fresh coconut creme and a touch of natural bourbon vanilla extract at canning for that decadent Easter touch. Swing low champions, glory awaits.

Made in collaboration with new pals and Japan brewing royalty Uchu Brewing, from Hokuto, Yamanashi. The Captain joins us to save Earth under the direction of ??????????? - ?nothing is impossible, everything is open?. Well, we took this quite literally and pushed the limits of this sour further than anything we?ve any done. Huge doses of blueberry, blackcurrant, and strawberry puree meld with coconut cream and vanilla to give a truly out of this world and eye-opening experience for your mouth hole.

Electric Pineapple is a fruity sour ale with a big Hawaiian heart. We took a tart and zesty sour base loaded with fresh lime juice and dosed it up with oodles of pineapple puree and pineapple juice. The result is a juicy trip for your tastebuds with a bright and punchy zing. More Hawaiian than your uncle's favourite flowery shirt.
