Rich and luscious in the mouth, perfect for a twist on a G&T or a decadent 3 olive-martini. This is the third partnership with Domaine Rewa, an exciting local Central Otago biodynamic microvineyard.

Our Flander's Red- Red Bonnet Original, aged in a Waitaki Pinot Noir barrel for one year. Further aged for six months on North Otago sour cherries, with further bottle ageing. Cherry flavour is full with coconut nuances.

Solera is our yearly release of a tank aged lambic style beer, untouched by wood.
Named Solera, for the process for aging alcohol by fractional blending, with the average age gradually increasing as the process continues over many years. We pitch new wort on top of the mother culture, allowing it to grow in complexity & flavour

Primary fermentation: 1.5 months
Tank aged: 15 months in Stainless Steel
Fruit fermentation: 2 months on NZ Tart cherries

2019 Vintage of Roeselare
This Flanders Red style ale has distinct notes of black cherry and red current with hints of mild vanilla. Full body, lightly tannic with a dry finish. Deep reddish brown from the blend of malts, this beer has additional layers of complexity from the barrels in which its been aged.

Tank aged: 18-23 months in NZ red wine barrels
