Back Block Wild Sour 6.7%
Wildflower ale, spontaneous fermented using only the wild yeast from freshly foraged m?nuka flowers, aged in oak barrels and then blended with a batch of fresh beer ?hopped? with m?nuka tips. The result is a deliciously drinkable dark ale, with a delicately tart citrus, floral, honey flavour and a light, spicy m?nuka twist. Go wild. Brewed for the Hokitika Wild Foods festival.

Grab a can and take your mouth to the dance floor. Mangoberry Tango - Mango and Raspberry Milkshake Sour, juicy sour with ripe red raspberries, balanced with sweet mango puree, vanilla beans and smooth creamy milk sugar. One sip will have your tastebuds dancing.
Cucumber Dill Pickle Sour
A clean, refreshing sour beer inspired by the burger?s classic companion - the dill pickle. Naturally kettle soured and infused with cucumber, dill, and pickle spice. This quirky refreshing beer would be the perfect playmate for the classic cheese burger, fish burger or any other pickle loving burger offering.

5.0% - Spontaneously Fermented Feijoa Sour
A blend of barrel and foeder aged beers, infused with the finest Opal Star, Kakapo and Pounamu feijoas, sourced directly from Unicorn Farms in the Motueka Valley. Loaded with over 300g/l of fruit, the finished beer has a light yellow green blush, stunning guava and grape like aromatics and a lush tart fruit palate.
7.8% - New Age Sour IPA
Set your aura alight with this esoteric twist on the East Coast haze craze. Universal Principle fuses hazy double IPA with foeder aged Wild Workshop beer in a beautiful union of sweet and sour, where the elevated aromatics of Mosaic, Peacharine and Comet fuse with cleansing juicy fruit tart flavours. Welcome one and all, to the new age of IPA.
8.1% - Sour with Yuzu and Honeydew
The concept of Wabi-Sabi is hard to define. It is natural simplicity - flawed beauty - the way imperfection can make an object more compelling. Sourness produced by lactic bacteria in beer is normally considered a flaw. This beer is naturally soured and its sharp, tart character complemented with Honeydew melon and the juice and rind of fresh Yuzu. Nothing is perfect - but sometimes imperfection can be beautiful.
This isn't your nana's punch. Our Mango Sour is incredibly refreshing, mouth-watering and a little out there.
Showing off a refreshing citrus acidity and a hint of saline smoothness, lifted mango notes and passionfruit pop from the glass. Unfined and unfiltered, THE PUNCH pours slightly hazy in the glass with a dark lemon colour.
