From Jameson...
You?ve landed on something special here. Jameson 18 Years was made to make any occasion memorable. This is an 18 year old whiskey, the kind of thing you only pull out for best mates. And if you want to impress them just throw this line into conversation: ?It?s a unique blend of three signature distillates matured in the finest oak for almost two decades and is given a final marrying period of at least 6 months in a fresh American oak barrel, adding a unique complexity and elegance?. Ok, that is a mouthful. Just let the bottle do the talking.
NOSE
Aromatic oils with a touch of wood and spicy toffee.
TASTE
Wonderfully mellow and smooth, a mouthful of complex flavours ?toffee, spice, hints of wood and leather, gentle sherry nuttiness and vanilla.
FINISH
A long lingering finish carries the theme of the wood, spice and toffee right through to the end.
Cherries, Brettanomyces, tartness and tannins all jostle for attention in this incredibly balanced sour ale. Upfront notes of rich, juicy and boozy cherries are underpinned by notes of Kirsch and brett funk. Aging in hand-picked Italian barrels that used to house Sangiovese from the Emilia Romagna region has balanced the acidity and juicy cherry character.

This barrel-aged Scottish sour was fermented with a tonne of white peaches from Campania, Italy before being transferred to red wine barrels from Emilia Romagna where aging, acidity and wood all worked their magic.
This Sour pours a hazy golden-yellow with aromas of freshly cut peaches. On the palate the juicy sweetness and dry, fuzzy skin-like body is complemented by a bright and balanced acidity. Italian red wine barrels impart a complexity that enriches to this dry yet mouth-watering beer.
5.6% ABV
This sour is fermented with wild yeast strains brettanomyces, Cher Ami and a house mixed culture. The beer is refermented with mango, pineapple, guava and papaya, followed by ageing in ex-Borolo barrels.
Huge hits of tropical fruit aromas and a riot of exotic juicy tartness with the balance of acidity from the foeders wood influence. An underlying Brett funk and bone dry attenuation completes this triumphant tropical sour.

Once upon a time there was a little brewery hidden amongst the leafy trees of Mt Eden. One day, the brewer that worked there ate the most delicious peach he had ever eaten. Once finished he planted the stone in the courtyard at the back of the brewery.
Within days a tiny seedling sprouted. The brewer tended the rapidly growing tree, fertilising it with spent grain and hops. Soon the tree had grown large and strong.
That summer it began to bear the largest peaches the brewer had ever seen.
There were so many huge peaches that the brewer and his friends could not possibly eat them all. So he decided to make a delicious Giant Peach Sour.
Light, crisp and tart with sweet giant peach and apricot flavours.
A touch of bitterness and hop aroma.
