offers elegant aromas of Vanilla pod, crème anglaise, and chocolate, with undertones of toasted buttery grain, but without the heavy cloying sweetness of some Vanilla vodkas. Stoli Vanil palate brings a creamy sweetness to the fore, but it is light and balanced, with cocoa powder, white pepper and sweet spicy notes.

In the heart of the Bordeaux vineyard, Chateau Carbonneau is situated 20 kilometres from St Emilion and 35 kilometres from Bergerac. In a unique and idyllic setting, the chateau offers luxury accommodation and fine wines on the slopes of Pessac sur Dordogne.
Shortly after 1992, Wilfrid and Jacquie Franc de Ferriere inherited the property and began by replanting the vineyard with grape varieties typical of the Bordeaux region, especially Merlot which grows well on the slopes of Gensac. Thus began the revival of wine at Carbonneau. The Vineyard covers 15 hectares planted on the clay/limestone soils of the slopes of Gensac.
Rachel Hall (Distiller) - The Lighthouse "Hawthorn Edition" is a hand-crafted gin made from a special blend of 9 botanicals and distilled twice in our small copper pot still. The ingredients are blended with pure wharekauhau spring water to produce an intense yet silky smooth character that lifts its flavours to bold new heights.
This Gin is inspired by Wellington's renowned "Hawthorn Lounge". A place where cocktail enthusiasts can embark recreating classics and effortlessly imagining new and inspiring creations. The Hawthorne edition makes a truly exceptional Tom Collins, Dry Martini or Gin and Tonic.
Warner Edwards - We lovingly distil our gin in our beautiful copper still 'Curiosity' using pure spring water from our farm. Our Harrington Dry Gin is infused with fresh Elderflower petals handpicked from the hedgerows on our farm during its short flowering season. The end result is a smooth gin, with a hint of sweet and fragrant summer Elderflower.
40% ABV.
Eclipse is the reference for character, body and aroma by which our Master Blender Allen Smith uses to blend every variety of Mount Gay Rum. For many rum aficionados Eclipse is also the reference by which all rum should be measured. Eclipse has a brilliant golden amber colour and a luxuriously complex aroma.
This barrel fermented Pinot Gris is a great alternative to Chardonnay, which was inspired by the classical French approach to Pinot Gris, using lees stirring and partial malolactic fermentation to add texture, weight and dryness to burn.
This wine is made from 100% Martinborough grapes, all grown on Te Muna Road, 9 kilometres east of the township on a vineyard first planted in 1999.
Winemaker Larry McKenna recommends cellaring it for up to five years - or enjoy right now.
Pirrimimma was the first winery in Australia to grow the thick skinned Petit Verdot grape.
It's renowned for being an early budding, late ripening red grape with thick skins and powerful depth of colour, flavour and weight. This late ripening dark skinned grape is originally thought to come from Bordeaux in south west France where it can often struggle to ripen fully, hence it is most commonly used as a blending component to add depth to wines made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Ironically, it ripens best when it is least needed, as Master of Wine Jancis Robinson writes in the bible of grape varieties, Wine Grapes.
In the warmest, driest best years, all of the grapes that struggle to ripen (Cabernets and Petit Verdot in particular) all tend to ripen well. Another good reason for seeking out good quality Bordeaux in dry vintages.
Which leads us to the Southern Hemisphere and to South Australia where Pirramimma Wines is based and this lovely red comes from.
Basil Hayden?s Bourbon is one of four bourbons that comprise Jim Beam?s Small Batch Bourbon Collection. The others are Knob Creek, Baker?s Bourbon, and Booker?s Bourbon. Basil Hayden?s falls first in line proof-wise at 80 proof. While the other three bourbons in the Small Batch Collection all share the same mashbill of 77% corn, 13% rye, and 10% malted barley, Basil Hayden?s is created using Jim Beam?s high-rye mashbill that is found in Old Grand-Dad and Old Grand-Dad 114.
Basil Hayden?s is named after the late Master Distiller Basil Hayden Sr. who was known for his use of high rye bourbon mashbills.
IMAGINATION - Distilled in an 8 plate fractionating column still. Juniper and coriander are complemented by the leafy earthiness of manuka to create the heart of this gin. Whole New Zealand oranges and lemons add a refreshing citrus aroma and cinnamon and licorice leave a sweet lingering spice finish.
Each label tells the story of the ingredients, the place or the people behind what's in the bottle. This label was inked by Juse from Taupou Tatau tattoo studio, Wellington, New Zealand.
Premium product without the snobbery, we are here to have a little fun. Let the Juniper and Rhubarb dance on your taste buds.
We want to change the perception of Gin away from the mother’s ruin to something that is lively and pleasant and can be enjoyed over Ice.
*Much like a fine wine we recommend storing her in a cool dark place. It is a natural product and is sensitive to direct sunlight. We recommend storing Blush in a darker place in the store*
The Boys from Blush have done it again, beautiful fresh Boysenberries from Nelson infused with hand crafted New Zealand Gin. Soft and smooth our second Blush Gin is a little different, this is the first boysenberry Gin the world has ever seen.
Bright red berry fruit bursts allowing the Juniper and citrus to work away in the background providing a beautiful finish. We aim to tickle the pallet, try over ice and top up with your favourite mixer. Someone said it would be dangerously good over ice cream too? We don?t disagree.
