This latest release from the Knockdhu distillery has been selected from American oak and sherry casks after 18 years of maturation. This is a heavier dram, with the sherry casks bringing a dried fruit, chocolate and ripe orange flavour and aroma to the classic notes of vanilla, honey and summer fruits. The aftertaste is full of spices and is distinctily peppery and warming.

There is nothing more suitable than a blended whisky to represent Nikka's way of whisky making. The asymmetry design of the bottle is inspired by the neck of a Kimono just as if the layers visualize all the passion and craftsmanship devoted in the history of Nikka. The honorable golden emblem engraved was designed by Masataka Taketsuru for his very first Nikka whisky bottle. Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin is a highly aromatic, rich and (yes) spicy gin with great power and intensity. First, we took our base botanicals and upped the amount of Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon. Then we added an exotic West African spice called Grains of Paradise. This is one of the most unusual spices in the world, with clove and sichuan characters. But although very powerful, the spice tends to glow rather than become hot.

Ethereal aromas of exotic spice and sandalwood set the mood for this luscious aromatic wine. The flavours of rosewater, ginger and marzipan are opulent and rich. This unctuous, full bodied Gew?rztraminer finishes with a powerful but elegant finish.

In the heart of the Bordeaux vineyard, Chateau Carbonneau is situated 20 kilometres from St Emilion and 35 kilometres from Bergerac. In a unique and idyllic setting, the chateau offers luxury accommodation and fine wines on the slopes of Pessac sur Dordogne.

Shortly after 1992, Wilfrid and Jacquie Franc de Ferriere inherited the property and began by replanting the vineyard with grape varieties typical of the Bordeaux region, especially Merlot which grows well on the slopes of Gensac. Thus began the revival of wine at Carbonneau. The Vineyard covers 15 hectares planted on the clay/limestone soils of the slopes of Gensac.

This Grenache, Shiraz, Mouvedre show a classical bouquet of blackberry, raspberry, spice, and cocoa. The palate is full and round with concentrated dark fruits, keen acid and silky tannins. Winemaker Corey Ryan "cut his teeth? at Henschke where he worked for ten years.
