Red IPA - fresh, fruity, gooseberry and citrus hop characteristics with a gentle red malt flavour to balance.
A rascal lives in us all, sometimes big, sometimes dormant, never extinct. Our playful nature is something close to the core and too often forgotten. Go on, make a snowman, give it some devil horns, kick it over and make a snow angel!!

Hazewired
New Zealand Hazy IPA
7.0% ABV
Following the footsteps of trailblazing older brother Hopwired, Hazewired is a beer set to forge its own path. Packed with a plethora of the best NZ Hops, we’ve borrowed Nelson Sauvin and Motueka from Hopwired. An injection of ultra-modern varieties Nectaron and Superdelic makes for one big, juicy Hazy IPA, loaded with notes of tropical mango, candied pineapple and passionfruit. An ode to the past, forged in the present.
We reckon our multi-award-winning Doppelbock might just be the Greatest Of All Time.
The judges certainly agree; this year?s Top 30 award is the fifth appearance for The G.O.A.T in the New World Beer & Cider Awards ? that?s in addition to a further fourteen wins at other national and international beer competitions.
The trick behind this trophy cabinet? Six quality malts giving our smooth, full-bodied German-style Doppelbock a dark ? almost black ? colour and a rich, dominant malt aroma and sweetness. It has a warming but soft, smooth mouthfeel, whilst the aroma is toasted and biscuity, with delicate hints of caramel. This is a beer that needs to be consumed at warmer than fridge temperature (6-8?C) to best enjoy the array of malt flavours and aromas the style is known for.
VERMOUTH AMARO is based on the original recipe of Giulio Cocchi where wormwood is enriched with rhubarb, quassia wood, chiretta and a double infusion of quina. The addition of Barolo Chinato to the wine base gives delicately red nuances and further soft and complex notes to make that unmistakable Cocchi elegant style. The richness of bitter principles makes this vermouth a tonic aperitif and, after meals, a pleasant digestive. EVENING VERMOUTH / DOPO TEATRO - It's a rare "evening Vermouth and it has been named Dopo Teatro because of the Piedmontese habit to drink a small glass of nicely cold vermouth with a lemon zest when coming out from theatres in the center of the royal town of Turin. Today it is also a perfect ingredient for bittering the best cocktails. Source: www.cocchi.it
A 100% agave reposado tequila aged for 4-6 months in 190 litre casks previously used to age whiskey at the Early Times Distillery in Kentucky and the Jack Daniel?s Distillery in Tennessee.
Nose: Sea salty, herbal floral nose with hints of vanilla.
Palate: Salty, spicy.
Finish: Vanilla emerges alongside pleasant vegetable notes and gives way to a finish dominated by cracked black pepper.
Unmistakably Cocchi in character, Vermouth di Torino is one of only two geographically protected AOC vermouths (the other being Chambery). This Storico Vermouth di Torino follows the regional tradition of using fine Moscato wine as its base, which is then infused with a secret recipe of local and exotic botanicals. This is a remarkably complex aperitif wine. On the nose, you immediately find aromas of singed orange peel, vanilla, and caramel. Over time, faint menthol notes develop into aromas reminiscent of dandelion and burdock. This vermouth is very full flavored, the palate immediately detecting a bitter, earthy character which is very well balanced against the sweeter notes of licorice, orange zest and sugar. A very bold, long finish, with the bitter/sweet balance staying with you to the end. Traditionally drunk on its own or over ice, this vermouth will also add another dimension when used as an ingredient in your classic cocktails.75cl, ABV 16% Source: www.cocchi.it
MiruMiru translates to sparkling in Maori and has been trademarked as the name of Jane Hunter's bubblies. Hunter is a fan of pink bubbly and her winemaking team produce this one mostly from Pinot Noir as 55% of the blend with the balance being 42% Chardonnay with a 3% touch of Pinot Meunier. This trio is the classic combination used in the Champagne region where wines must be aged for at least 18 months prior to release on the market. That?s the exact timeframe that Hunter?s winemaking team decided to age this lively, dry pink bubbles for too. It contains 6.4 grams of residual sugar per litre and is a deliciously full bodied expression of sparkling Pinot with Chardonnay adding crispness and balance.

Kotinga is one of four single vineyard Pinot Noirs made by Ata Rangi from 2020; a great year which was dry and warm with a long autumn and was also the first time single vineyard wines were produced in this way.
This bright fruit scented wine is made from the Dijon Pinot Noir clones of 115, 667 and 777, which give it aromas of cherry, red currant and plum stone, which set the scene on the nose. The palate opens with a flourish of supple tannins uplifted with fluid acidity. Flavours of grapefruit and juniper spread through to the end of the palate.
Aged in a 2280 litre foudre (very large oak barrel) instead of the traditional 228 litre barrique, to highlight and retain the bright crunchy qualities of Dijon clones grown on gravels. This is a delightful wine and unique expression of Martinborough that is playful now and will also reward cellaring.
The NZ Rum Co. is here to push the boundaries and change the way we think about Rum. We?ve thrown the molasses overboard and made it from natural sugar cane Jaggery, the result a clean fresh finish. Not only are we creating a new taste experience, but we?re also proud to be distilling locally, right here in New Zealand.
Martinborough Pinot Noir at its best with earthy aromas, dried red fruit flavours and freshness. Kereru is the brainchild of lawyer-winemaker, John Porter, who donates a portion of the proceeds from the sale of every bottle of Kereru Pinot Noir towards the upkeep and maintenance of a block of restored land with the aim of retaining its restoration into native forest for future generations.
This wine drinks beautifully now at seven years old and retains gorgeous bright fruit freshness with a core of savoury complexity and a long finish. We think it represents great value for money.
