Midnight Knockout introduces a brand-new Imperial Pastry Stout featuring over eight types of specialty malts, an extended boil, and a double dose of sweet Bega lactose. With heavy-handed additions of toasted almond & coconut, Swiss chocolate squares, and US marshmallow, these flavours mind-meltingly meld together, offering a powerful and rich indulgence perfect for the coming darkness. Dark mocha in colour, bordering on black, and boasting a viscosity akin to oil, this stout stands as one of our most ambitious creations yet.

Inspired by our travels to Miami Florida, Wynwood Hood exemplifies the area that was the breeding ground for the namesake of this can's style – the Florida Weisse - A step-mashed tart wheat beer inspired by the traditional Berliner Weisse, but with a vibrant and tropical twist. In true OD fashion, we’ve cranked the whole thing right up to 305. With a higher ABV and enhanced mouthfeel, we thought such a base fit to load up on huge doses of mango, pineapple, passionfruit, and coconut water during fermentation. Tropical, tasty, and oh-so vibrant.
Our most highly hopped beer to date at over 35g/L, Liquid Phantasm is an ultra-modern DIPA using a new liquidised version of Phantasm?, along with a selected batch of the OG powder, supercharged ?Super-Sauvin? hops, and the freshest 2024 Motueka crop flown direct from the Freestyle hop farm in Sunrise Valley, and lashings of NZ Superdelic hop. In combination with a thiol-active yeast strain, an extended conditioning time, and a dose of Motueka and Nelson SubZero Hop Kief?, expect an extremely potent thiol bomb with a hyper-charged hop character. Tu meke!

Harnessing the tropical wonders that Australia has to offer, we combine again through the power of beer & friendship to brew with long time pals Duckpond from Gothenburg, Sweden. An amplified quint-fruited smoothie sour with Australian Banana, Mango, Strawberry, Boysenberry, and Guava alongside both Coconut cream and water. Bega Lactose melds gorgeously with Tahitian and Madagascarian vanilla providing a balancing smoothness to the stupid amounts of fruit we?ve gone and added. Brewed with pals Duckpond, Beermash, and Crafty Pint for the latter?s Pint of Origin 2024 celebration

Kolsch is a pale, dry and refreshing ale originating from the German city of Cologne. A true Kolsch is required to be brewed according to rules within the Kolsch Konvention. These rules include that it?s brewed within 50km of Cologne, filtered and served in a 200mL cylindrical glass called a Stange. This is our version brewed 16,575km from Cologne, unfiltered and more than likely not served in a Stange.

Witbier, meaning ?white beer? in Flemish, is a medieval style of beer from Belgium that was revived in the 1960?s. This pale, hazy wheat beer is brewed with coriander and orange peel. Whiter Shade of Ale has a full bodied mouthfeel from the large amount of wheat and oats used. Yet still highly refreshing with its high carbonation, a dry finish, and low bitterness.

Medium bodied amber lager that was the beer originally served at Oktoberfest until it was replaced by the lighter, hoppier Festbier. Historically, Marzens were brewed in March and lagered in cold caves over the German summer to be ready for the festival. Hefeweizens are a traditional German wheat ale with distinctive banana and clove fermentation flavours. They are the original hazy beer, cloudy in appearance due to yeast still in suspension. While popular in its motherland, hefeweizens remain an underrated style, especially in Australia. Classic Haze is can conditioned to achieve the traditional high carbonation levels and characteristic thick long lasting head.

This beer is inspired by the lower strength ?single? beers traditionally produced by Trappist breweries in Belgium. Trappist breweries are located within monasteries with resident monks overseeing the brewing. Monks brewed these ?single? beers for their own consumption in the monastery refectory. This is a refreshing ale brewed with all Belgian malt paired with spicy and fruity yeast and hop driven flavours.
