Seven years older that Diageo's 2018 Special Releases Talisker, this is a big, sooty, earthy single malt, with lashings of ripe citrus and treacle sponge, and heaps of warming spice. Plenty of heft and darkness to be found here, alongside classic, coastal Talisker character for purists to revel in.

57.3% ABV

The Tobermory 20 years old is an old Isle of Mull singel malt. This release is matured in ex bourbon casks followed by a sherry cask finish. Bottled at 46.3% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.

Nose: rich and warm with molasses, golden syrup, mulled wine, nutmeg, walnuts, sultanas and dates

Palate: oak with caramelized oranges marmalade, vanilla, dried fruit, hazelnuts and dark chocolate

Finish: long and sweet with nuts, apricots and orange jam

46.3% ABV

• Matured in American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels for 12 years and finished in Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain
• Tasting Notes: A refined succulent trpical nose with aromas of chocolate, walnut and citrus fruit coming forward. Flavours of honey, salted bananas and brown sugar, with a whisper of smoke

Intended to be the perfect winter warmer, the Jura Winter Edition joins the distillery's Cask Editions collection and is brimming with toasty warmth and festive spice! Matured American oak before finishing in Spanish sherry casks, it has plenty of boozy fruit cake character that'll be a real treat on a chilly winter's eve.

Matured predominantly in European and American sherry seasoned oak casks, Highland Park 10 Year Old is a vibrant and smooth single malt, bursting with flavours of crushed citrus fruit and lightly whipped vanilla cream. You?ll detect hints of heather honey in its aromatic peat smoke and just a trace of peppery spice. Delicious with pan-fried scallops wrapped in bacon or with a salted-honey vanilla cream parfait.

An easy-drinking Talisker, taking the distillery's classically rugged character and softening it out, while maintaining the smoky and sweet notes the distillery is known for. More approachable, but still definitely Talisker.

A 2007 Ledaig single malt from the ninth release of La Maison du Whisky's Artist series, matured in a single refill sherry butt for a decade, before being bottled in 2019. Peaty aromas of buttery toast, spicy ginger, candied lemon and liquorice fill the nose, over waves of earthy peat smoke. The palate offers notes of coconut milk, seashells, smouldering driftwood, creamy porridge and green apples, as well as medicinal peat smoke.

60.8% ABV

When you look at the almost transparent color of this Ledaig, you know straight away that the cask will have no influence on its aromatic and taste palette. Both earthy and marine, it is also rustic and at the same time very elegant and easy to access that does not exclude complexity. It expresses in a way that could not be more natural all the paradoxes that make the reputation of this single malt from the Isle of Mull.

54.2% ABV

A signature Oban, but with a twist. This Oban 12 Year Old was matured in freshly charred American virgin oak casks. Distilled in Oban in 2008, this dram comes in at a hearty 56.2% abv cask strength. Like all expressions within this Special Releases Collection, it is free from artificial colouration and chill filtration. A skilful weaving between Highland and Island styles of single malt, this is sure to set the tastebuds of any Oban whisky fan alight.

Expect a strong maritime presence on the nose, with notes of seaweed and sea salt combined with sweet chilli sauce. The palate is fruity, smooth, and citrus-sweet, with lingering notes of sea salt salinity. The finish is long, smooth, and pleasantly warm.

56.2% ABV

The first proprietary bottling of Highland Park single malt Scotch whisky was as a 12 year old in 1979. It remains the core expression of the Highland Park range and is a smooth, balanced single malt, with a rich full flavour and a gentle smokey finish. Glowing amber in colour. Heather-honey sweetness; peaty smokiness Palate: Rounded smoky sweetness; full malt delivery. Take your time to appreciate the nose of Highland Park 12 and you'll discover the characteristic honey sweetness followed by fruit - maybe pineapple, apple or pear. On the palate it is drying and leaves a gentle smokey feeling and a flavour that just keeps on going.

The perfect gift for the whisky lover. A bottle of the highly tasty Arran 10yo beautifully packaged with two very neat whisky snifters. Official notes read for the Arran 10yo, the initial rush of rich vanilla sweetness gives way to a touch of cinnamon which adds a spicy edge to the soft and sweet texture. We set out to emulate some older styles of Hebridean single malt whiskies, with subtle, fragrant smokiness balanced with dark fruit flavours.

Created from a marriage of Isle of Raasay spirits - peated and unpeated - both of which are matured separately in first fill Rye whiskey, fresh Chinkapin oak and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks.

These six recipe casks marry together to create the perfect dram with real elegance, complexity and depth of character.

Every drop of spirit is distilled, matured and bottled on the Isle of Raasay using water from our well: Tobar na Ba B?ine (the Well of the Pale Cow).
